The Water Tank- Vinyl Brews Coffee

I was in a new neighborhood this morning and looked for a nearby coffee spot. Usually, I go for places with lots of reviews, but this one had less than ten—still, the photos looked inviting, so I gave it a try. I’m glad I did. It’s a small café tucked inside a larger venue that probably gets busier in the evenings. Even though it seems like a side setup, it didn’t feel like an afterthought. The coffee was really good, the service was friendly, and the space had a nice vibe. It’s clear they put some effort into making it welcoming and comfortable. The setup has a cool, simple charm that makes you want to sit down and hang out for a bit. If I find myself in the area again, I’d definitely come back. A solid coffee spot that’s easy to like.

Honestly the coffee isn’t bad, but it’s not REALLY a coffee shop. This is a little room on the side of a bar. The gentleman working the coffee portion was unfamiliar with how to put the order in for food. We ordered a cappuccino and a latte with a quesadilla to share. Both coffees were out quick and maybe ten minutes the quesadilla came out; however it arrived in a small black to-go bag; which made eating it difficult. Overall the food tasted good and the coffee wasn’t bad either. Just outside of my expectations.

Such a comfy cozy coffee shop. The barista was super friendly. There was a selection of pastries and a breakfast menu to choose from. Lots of parking. It's located INSIDE the Water Tank. You can also take a vinyl album and play it !!!!! There are boozy coffee options as well. I can't wait to go have another coffee there.

Great venue with an awesome outdoor live music venue. If you want a chill local pub respectable spot this is it. Didn't have food thus the reason for no rating.

Love this place for a casual hang to chill outdoors, listen to live music and enjoy affordable drinks. Their burgers are dang good. Service is also good depending on the bartender you get. One female bartender we've had a couple of times outside seems to be mad at the world and unfortunately that doesn't equate to a mean drink (they were watery and bland)... So we had to time our rounds to when she wasn't there or was busy with another customer.

The Water Tank is hands-down the friendliest neighborhood bar around! From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of the fam. They’re always throwing awesome events , pop-ups with food and amazing vendors , and constantly upgrading the backyard hangout vibes ✨. Mondays = FREE poker tournaments (so fun!). Thursdays = Trivia Night — made even better when Stryker’s yelling at us (shoutout Stryker!). (Shoutout Victoria) Sundays = Music Bingo — such a blast! And hey… karaoke is EVERY NIGHT if you’re brave enough to embarrass yourself. But seriously, the people here? So welcoming and friendly. And the bartenders? Huge love to Kayla, Taylor, Linda, Steen, Mark, David — and anyone else we forgot, you rock too! ❤️ It’s the ultimate dive bar with a big heart and a family vibe . We’re here almost every day… because, let’s be honest — we’re happy little degenerates ‍♂️.
