Cinemark Southpark Meadows

I had a wonderful experience at this movie theater! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, making it easy to just sit back and enjoy the movie. The sound and picture quality were excellent, and the seating was very comfortable. A special shoutout to Stephen for his outstanding customer service! He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It really makes a difference when staff take the time to be so attentive and helpful. Thank you, Stephen, for making the visit even better—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Usually really enjoy this theatre. Very disappointed today though. Went to see the 11:20 showing of the Long Walk with my wife and son. When we walked into our theatre and turned the corner to get to our seats there was a trash can, cleaning supplies and brooms blocking the walk way. No problem. The team is still cleaning I guess. However, we got your seats and there was a broom leaned against my seat, and so much popcorn in all 3 of our seats that I had to use the broom to finish cleaning our seats out. I also had to discard a half drunken drink that was in my holder. The broom was still there when we left.

Great place, just don’t choose the D-Box seat C10 in auditorium 4! You can see it online and purchase it, but doesn’t exist!! Well sorta!! There is a D-Box seat but it can’t be activated due to it not sinked in their system. Even though it’s online.

Past few times I have visited the lobby has been dirty and without fail I would see a roach crawling around near my seat in the theater—not just once, but the past 2 times I’ve been. There are also bugs flying around during the movie. Some of the reclining seats dont work. Overall a gross experience for what should be relaxing and enjoyable.

2 for Tuesday at this place has been the only place I watch movies since covid. Chill staff, fairly clean. Dbox is worth it most of the time! Thankyou everyone who works hard at this location, y'all are appreciated

I was impressed with my first visit to this Cinemark location. The seats were so comfy, screen and sound was awesome as well. Don’t remember which room I was in but it was great. The aesthetics are old school but it gives it charm.

Sitting in a theater watching trailers (and way too many commercials...) and I'm not sure I can make it through the movie because it stinks so bad in here. Hey Cinemark South Park Meadows: when was the last time you cleaned & disinfected your theaters? The seats are greasy and sticky. You can't tell the row # on the carpet it's so dirty. I feel like I want to run out real quick and buy a bunch of cans of Lysol. Nasty, nasty, nasty.
