Where to begin? I went to social media to get suggestions from friends about who to use for an injury attorney caused by a car accident. Out of my 500+ friends I only had 2 responses and both said Daniel Stark. I didn’t read any reviews I just made that call. Heather was the first point of contact. She listened to what happened to my daughter, put me on hold for a brief moment and was right back on the line to tell me that the team was interested in taking our case. Heather was the main point of contact thought the entire process. She was always so kind and extremely personable. She treated my daughter like a human and not like another case number. She made sure to keep us updated along the way even if it was minor, and if she didn’t have updates she was just calling to check on my daughter’s physical and mental well being!! Mark was also very kind and very knowledgeable and helpful each time we spoke. The process took just about a year but every case is different and ours may have been shorter but my daughter turned 18 right at the end of the case making the signing and releasing of the check a little tricky, but it all worked out in the end.
