Since the intake call, they provided me with amazing listening skills and took down all the information I was providing them. They scheduled me for a free consultation call. The day of the consultation they were promptly on time. The attorney asked a lot of questions to gather all the information needed. She provided me with great feedback, she was completely honest and transparent with everything. She took the time to answer all my questions. To start off, it is completely difficult to get a hold of anyone in this firm after you "open a case" with them and you’ve payed them for their "services". I requested copies of the "request" they were supposed to file, not sure if they ever did file them, weeks ago also they could never answer any questions that I had which is very disappointing since I’ve payed almost $6,000. But now since I’ve requested a refund, apparently they have answers all of the sudden? I can go very much in detail of how poorly they "assisted" my case so for who ever wants to know, I’ll be more than happy to help you unlike this firm

My wife n I paid 7700 $ just for the run around said they were waiting for a paper to be received they swapped my wife’s lawyers without notifying her she went in person and it was a mess the previous lawyer had quit or left and we were not contacted at all when we asked to switch the process they said that we used 6000 $ of the funds when only 1 paper was sent or filed STAY AWAY BEWARE Update/ Reply There was no transparency when our lawyer was changed. We were never notified of a change in lawyer until my wife demanded to be seen in person in the offices at Austin. We have no reason to lie about that. We were just offered $1,500 to remove this review. The review is about our experience with this law firm and the lack of attention from your team. We understand laws change but that has nothing to do with The lack of urgency. We signed a second contract on 8/07/2024 and no one called or reached out to us to collect the information that was needed for the case to get started. It took my wife sending an angry email on 8/20/24 to get any action started. And that’s only thanks to the lawyer Loren who was the only helpful person there. Mind you the contract was paid in full. Not only that but when the laws changed in November we weren’t called by anyone in your team to notify us until months later. And only to tells us what we already knew And in March we barely received a letter of representation from this law firm. It may not be important to yall but it urgent and very important to us. We will not allow you to gaslight us about our experience. For anyone who wants all the details I’ll talk to anyone just email me!
