Ignite Medical Resort Round Rock

I am so grateful for Ignite Medical Resort in Round Rock, TX! My grandma has been receiving care here, and I couldn’t be happier with the facility. The environment is exceptionally clean and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure every need is met. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients, and that level of compassion means so much to our family. I highly recommend Ignite Medical Resort to anyone looking for a top-notch care facility with a warm, professional atmosphere.

My mom is currently being taken care of in this facility and I can't believe how nice it is. The staff are friendly and they even have a Starbucks inside. This is a great place for recovery. If you or a friend or relative is in need of a rehab to get over a fall I highly recommend Ignite.

From the front door the staff immediately welcomed us and pointed us in the right direction. They were super friendly and everything was so neat and pretty . The staff was also so professional and treated the pts like family. Thank you all Ignite staff!!!!

This was more than a rehabilitation resort to my wife! She felt like she was returning home to family after a lengthy stay at St David’s Roundrock hospital. And Catherine went above and beyond for my wife . Lynda said the nurses were all absolutely wonderful to her all the time. The nurses assistant’s were spot on and that one named Yetie was particularly great at remembering where everything went when assisting her! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with loved ones needing rehab! 5 stars isn’t enough! 10 stars to be sure! And my wife loved the food as well, cudos to the kitchen!

My mom spent her after surgery/hospital rehabilitation time in Ignite and I must say we were very pleased. Their PT/OT team is excellent. Although they are understaffed in nursing and nursing assistants, the nursing staff was efficient and kind. Whenever we had questions we would reach out to Catherine, Director of Hospitality and she made sure our questions were answered. We are recommending Ignite to our friends and family

The staff at Ignite were attentive, thoughtful and supportive. My mother in law was transferred to Ignite from the ICU and the team took good care of her Peggy, the nurses assistant, was so helpful, warm and caring! We appreciated the care Everyone was kind, helpful and welcoming especially Katherine and the front desk staff. Also appreciated Tammy for her support navigating the system and next steps in her care.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peggy, Deedee, Helen, Alma, Catherine and Tammy (and others) made having my mother at the Ignite facility much easier than it might have otherwise been. They took great care of her and were very encouraging.
