From the moment I arrived, the front desk service was smooth and helpful. I wish I could remember the receptionist’s name because she was so wonderful and friendly. Dr. Romero and his assistant, Monica, were kind, transparent, and welcoming. Dr. Romero has a way of truly connecting with his patients, and you can tell he genuinely cares. Both he and Monica took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I left feeling well cared for.

Dr. Romero was excellent with my 9yr old boy. We went in for an ingrown toenail removal…he made us feel comfortable and at ease. He was thorough and friendly. Thank dr. Romero we really appreciate you

I've been coming to ARC for years Dr. Romero is one of many Dr.'s I see regularly. I prefer to see the same Dr if at all possible.

Dr Romero was awesome and the front desk was one of the most friendly of staffs that I have seen at a Dr office of late. The nurse while not warm and talkative did perform her responsibilities well. I would recommend office for foot issues. Dr Romero knew immediately what my pain was related to and we have started a non surgical approach to fixing the problem. He was detailed in his explanation and allowed many questions before leaving the room.

I decided to come early to my appointment to be traffic. They were able to get me in early and get me out but even before my appointment started. The nurse was super nice and sweet. The doctor is very on point and educated in his job. I don't think I will have an issue with the toenail ever again. Would recommend this place and come here again if I have the issue.

Dr. Romero and his staff are always fantastic. He’s probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Very kind, thorough, and never in a rush to leave.

Absolutely amazing experience with DrRomero. From beginning to end, he made sure I was comfortable and came up with a great care plan with lots of explanation on how everything works! I didn’t leave feeling unheard or confused as I am sure a hand full of us has experienced a time a two with medical care in general. So thank you to Dr Romero and his team!
