From the first phone call to schedule my appointment to the moment I walked in, I was greeted by her staff with genuine warmth and professionalism. Everyone —from the front desk to the medical assistants— was kind, attentive, and incredibly respectful. It made a huge difference in easing my nerves. Dr. Ho-Ellsworth herself was phenomenal. She listened carefully to my concerns, conducted a thorough exam using state of the art equipment, and explained my treatment options clearly and patiently. I never felt rushed or overlooked—just truly cared for. What impressed me most was how seamlessly the whole team worked together. I went with my husband to his appointment with Dr. Ho-Ellsworth yesterday, and I can honestly say it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with—the front desk staff, Elisa the assistant, and of course Dr. Ho-Ellsworth—was so kind and attentive. Dr. Ho-Ellsworth listened to us in such a natural and genuine way, and the suggestions she made truly showed how much she cares for her patients. I had an extremely positive first visit with Dr. Ho-Ellsworth at Align Foot & Ankle. Starting with the staff who were all friendly and helpful. Dr. Ho-Ellsworth took the time to really listen to all of the concerns I was experiencing. She was incredibly thorough during the examination and very detailed in her explanations and recommendations, which I truly appreciated. I've already noticed a vast improvement in my symptoms so far. Dr. Thuy Ho-Ellsworth was fantastic! She spent a whole hour with me - was extremely thorough and gave me several suggestions to try before resorting to surgery for my painful bunion. I really appreciated the time she spent with me - you can tell she cares for her patients. The team and office staff were equally helpful, attentive and friendly.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided to me by Dr Ellsworth and her staff I’ve had a nagging issue in my foot for almost 15 years, and I’ve only had one treatment and feel a great difference I’m looking forward to the follow up treatments and the stem cell treatment Dr Ellsworth seems to be very knowledgeable.
