I had several sessions with Elizabeth during pregnancy and postpartum and cannot say enough good things about my experience with her (the office as a whole)! She is kind, caring, and fun to talk to, made me feel comfortable during each appointment, and ensured that I could realistically accomplish exercises given time constraints at home. I had a very smooth delivery and know that the prep I did with Elizabeth helped me have such a positive birth experience. I highly recommend working with her and will absolutely be back the next time I'm pregnant!

I started working with Sam when I was about 5 weeks postpartum and completed 10 sessions with her. If there’s one thing I can recommend to new moms hoping to feel like themselves again PP, it would be pelvic floor PT! Sam helped me regain strength and confidence in myself, especially after a pregnancy where I wasn’t very active. She also is a delight and so much fun to talk to, and I always looked forward to our sessions. I highly recommend Lady Bird PT!

I cannot recommend Elizabeth Knoble enough! After major pelvic floor surgery, I hit a point where I felt hopeless, like I would never see the light at the end of the tunnel. From the very first moment I met Elizabeth, I felt completely comfortable opening up (and then some, haha!). She is truly a blessing. What makes her stand out is how deeply she cares and how much she believes in her patients. My doctor originally recommended more surgery to address my issues, but Elizabeth trusted her expertise and intuition that healing was possible without going under the knife again, and she was right! With her guidance, I was able to fully heal. Her positive energy, encouragement, and genuine compassion helped ease my anxieties. She is not only an incredibly skilled PT, but also a warm and uplifting presence during a very vulnerable time. If you are looking for pelvic floor physical therapy, especially for women’s health, Elizabeth is perfect. She quite literally changed my life, and I could not be more grateful.

I came to Lady Bird upon my midwife’s recommendation after having my fourth child, and I truly wish I had done it with every baby! Dr. Liz has been SO helpful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging. Whether in the room with her, messaging on the portal with any questions I have, or just doing my exercises on my own, it feels like she is cheering me on to do my best and to reach my goals. Doing Pelvic Floor PT has been a more emotional journey than I would have expected, as postpartum recovery can be slow and non-linear. But Dr. Liz has always responded with kindness, encouragement, and very practical help to keep me regaining strength. I am so thankful for Lady Bird PT, and specifically Dr. Liz, for all the help in the journey of recovery.

The best health experience I have ever had! My initial phone consultation with Melek was lovely. She is warm and thoroughly asked me about everything I am going through. She also told me what an appointment would be like, which was very reassuring. Dr. Liz Cote is amazing! She is super knowledgeable. Even after just one appointment, I felt equipped with so much information and exercises to do at home. She was also incredible emotional support and took things as slow as I needed to. I get very scared at any doctor/dentist visit, but Liz talked me through everything, validated my emotions, and was diligent about observing signs of discomfort. It was an extremely valuable visit and I am excited to return. Thank you, Lady Bird team! <3
