I LOVE this store! Yvonne is amazing! She has completely turned my health around so I started bringing my mom and kids here as well.... I don't know what I would do without her. My son lives seven hours away and he's still able to get nutritious products from her while he's in college. I turned to Yvonne first for all my health needs. Thank you for all the blessing you have brought my family!

A dear friend had been recommending that I visit Yvonne at TFN for years, and I finally went about five months ago. I’m so glad I did! Yvonne took the time to understand my needs and recommended a couple of supplements that have truly transformed my energy levels and helped regulate my hormones. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her—I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

This review is a long time coming. BLUF; The best gift you can give to yourself is to go say hi to Yvonne and listen to what she has to say. *** I came in to TFN about a year ago after getting a strong recommendation from a friend who runs a business in the pharmaceutical world and knows a thing or two about nutrition and supplements. I brought my sack of (garbage) supplements from Costco and Amazon. I came in for a consultation, nothing was wrong with me, I just wanted to take better care of my body. Yvonne listened to me intently, explained with great knowledge and patience what I want and what I want to avoid. She didn't just give me a fish, she taught me how to fish. A few months ago, I fell off the wagon. I stopped taking my supplements cause it annoyed me that they got stuck in my throat. It was too much. I didn't realize it at the time, but all these weird things started happening to my body. I would bruise more easily, more fatigue, but I didn't know this until I came to Yvonne again about 2 weeks ago, desperate due to serious insomnia (a month with 1-2hrs a night) Again, she listened intently and provided me a very elaborate and time consuming (on her end!) consultation. She had patience for all my little questions and we discussed different scenarios. She built me a regimen of supplements to help me sleep, and I followed what she said to a tee. That night was the first in a month that I slept for 7 hours. I'm not sure what Yvonne's 'official' medical accreditations are, if she has any, but this woman is a Godsend. Went in to get some supplements for myself and athlete son and all I can say is amazing!! Yvonne went above and beyond to explain the products in the store. She helped us understand not just the what a body needs but the why. Excellent, excellent service - customers for healthier lives! And, the smoothies are delicious with a great price point!!

Yvonne Graham is an expert in sports nutrition and for the general public. I met her about five months ago as she was recommended by a lifelong customer who is a friend of mine. I'm impressed with her knowledge of various healthcare systems (comparing practices and information available inthe EU vis-a-vis the USA), and how to apply it to a person's needs. She is thorough and friendly and will go out of her way to answer any of your concerns. The quality of the supplements and all products sold here is top notch.

I go to the gym next door, and came in for a smoothie , got a large peanut butter protein smoothie, came with 40g of protein. For only 5.50 and it tasted great! Friendly service and staff. Will be returning most definitely!

Love going here for anything that I need. Yvonne is a plethora of information. She has helped me in my health journey. From my workout drinks to Fish oil and other supplements, she knows her stuff!
