I highly recommend hiring Nuvitru Wellness to guide you through your health journey! I sought them out via Google search and booked a consult appointment with Dr. Lahana who helped me form my initial health plan and taught me so much. Then I was also paired with Katie who is so motivating and also very knowledgeable during our bi-weekly calls. They have helped me tremendously solve my digestion difficulties and helped reeducate me on healthy food choices, supplements and recipes. They have restored my confidence, quality of life and overall health!!

Started my journey with Nuvitru a few months back after years of listening to Lahana's podcast and I am sooo glad I finally pulled the trigger. Came in with chronic heartburn, a rash on my face, and 2.5 years of infertility. Katie and Lahana started me off with the gut protocol to address the root cause of all of my issues I had going on, as well as some other testing. My progress did seem a bit slow to start, but my heartburn quickly went away and i was able to figure out my trigger foods. The testing they recommended revealed underlying gut issues as well as sensitivities to "healthy" food i was eating EVERY DAY!! I am about a month off of working with them now, and while my rash isnt 100% gone (but i now have more knowledge surrounding it and can use the tools i've gained to continue addressing its cause), I am FINALLY pregnant!!! Such a huge blessing!! I am fully confident that lowering inflammation in my body through working with them is what allowed this pregnancy. If you aren't a believer yet, just try them out. The long term benefits of making these changes will far outweigh any questions or concerns you are having right now!!

Lahana is amazing. She has done so many awesome things for so many people in more ways than one. She’s a wonderful nutritionist, offering great advice to anyone looking to better their diet, balance out hormones, or just work towards a healthier self. She gives great advice when you need it! My favorite part, though, has been her multivitamin! Let me tell you- I started taking it one week ago and I’m already noticing a difference. I have more energy, my nails feel stronger, and I just have feel better in general! I’m so glad she worked so hard to put out an excellent multivitamin for others to benefit from. Great job, Lahana. Lahana and Katie saved me from losing my gallbladder and I will forever be grateful to them and Nuvitru. I had talked to countless doctors who just wanted me to have it removed without knowing any of my story. I started working with Lahana and Katie in July. I had been having gut problems for a couple years and finally threw my hands in the air, asking for help when I was put on an antibiotic for something and it completely cleared out my gut and I couldn't hold anything in it. When I say they saved me, THEY SAVED ME! We did a very intensive stool sample test and the results that they go over with you are SO in depth and detailed. Katie helped get me on the right path to get my body back to normal and she did a phenomenal job. It was tough but so absolutely worth it. I ended my care with them 3 months later because I felt the best I had felt in years. They weened me off caffeine and I was still thriving day to day.
