Sarah Seeger is the best damn provider I've ever had. We all know it can be hard to find the right fit - from day one I've felt more heard and considered with her than any other provider I've seen since I started my journey with medication 20 years ago. She's incredibly responsive, even outside of our appointments, and always takes the time to talk about multiple options and the pros/cons before just writing a script and sending me on my way. Cannot recommend her high enough.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I’m honestly disappointed with the customer service at this location. While one of the staff members was kind and genuinely helpful, there’s another woman working there who has a nasty attitude - She's on the voicemail recording. For someone employed at a mental health facility, you would expect a basic level of patience and understanding. Instead, she was dismissive and rude, exactly the opposite of what someone seeking help should experience. If someone is reaching out, it’s likely because they’re already struggling, and being met with that kind of attitude only makes things worse. Maybe it's time for her to reflect on whether this is the right environment for her, or perhaps even seek support herself. A little empathy goes a long way.

I left a review detailing my incredibly negative experience with their horrific billing partner and they abruptly ended providing care. They put my health in jeopardy rather than confront the shady and unethical practices of their bill partner. I would be incredibly wary of patronizing a "healthcare provider" that puts profit and convenience over providing safe and consistent care.

Had a great experience. The staff was very kind and made the process a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Very nice facility as well.

They unfortunately really lack good communication skills. I had an appointment scheduled and it was canceled abruptly because their app glitched and didn’t upload my paperwork. I called to try to resolve the issue directly and they stopped responding to me.

I had a couple good experiences here, I'm a disabled veteran and I had to go there a couple times for the VA. Michael Molina is very compassionate, understanding and the whole office helps out with people with disabilities. I personally want to thank him for helping me and being accurate with my diagnosis for the VA which has led to my full disability benefits. Thank you very much you made a veteran very happy and able to live in today's society comfortably after years of struggle

I am an Afghanistan Combat Veteran and was referred to this practice through the VA for evaluation for my disability claim. The staff at the front desk was professional, polite, and established a welcoming environment. After a very short wait, I met with the provider who was thorough while being compassionate and attentive. When I felt anxious or emotional because of the things I was sharing, he was reassuring without being dismissive of my feelings, and he helped me feel heard and understood. I felt like I was in good hands from greet to checkout, and I’d recommend this practice to anyone, without reservation.
