I’ve been a loyal Viva customer since 2014, starting at the Lamar location and moving to the Domain when it opened. Several of my favorite nail technicians moved here too, so I’ve been seeing the same friendly, talented team for years. They truly feel like family.

I visit every six weeks for a facial and pedicure, and my skin is always glowing when I leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and professional. One thing I really value about Viva is that the technicians always make me feel comfortable and included—they speak in English, so I never have that awkward feeling of wondering if a conversation is about me.

Viva has earned my loyalty over the past decade, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for consistent, high-quality spa services in Austin.

I had the pleasure of receiving laser treatment at Viva Day Spa with Jamie, and I can’t recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but her genuine care for her clients really stood out to me. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything to me. On top of that, she’s so beautiful and has a wonderful, calming presence that made the experience even better. I’m so grateful for the amazing care she provided during my treatment. I see Seema Singh for Botox and Juvederm treatments, and I have had nothing but incredible experiences! Seema has a keen vision for your results, and she won’t let you overdo it. (Trust me, I’ve tried. She has lovingly talked me out of doing more than needed.) I think that alone says what you need to know about her professionalism and dedication to making you look and feel your best. She’s also just the sweetest, most welcoming person, and she makes every appointment so easy. If you’re on the fence, book a free consultation with Seema and let her walk you through what you’re interested in. She won’t pressure you into doing anything you aren’t ready for. She’s absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough.

I went to Viva Spa looking for a quick, decent massage to help with some pain. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations—mainly because it’s located at the Domain—but they completely exceeded them. From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, and I loved how spacious it was. They even guide you through different relaxation areas until it’s time for your appointment, which made the whole experience feel more elevated.
McKenzie did my massage, and you can tell right away she’s experienced. As I explained where I was feeling pain, she listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to understand what I needed. During the session, she found exactly the right spots, and I kept thinking—wow, she’s so good. She’s not only skilled but also knowledgeable, even giving me tips for pain management beyond the massage.
I left feeling better than I expected and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Viva Spa, especially with McKenzie!

Okay, this was THE BEST spa experience/ service/ treatment provider I have ever experienced- by far! If you are ever super stressed out, just book this service with Carrie! It is WELL worth the money. I have been going to spas with my mom since I was little and I’m in my 30s now. We have traveled to Cannon Beach and had services at Spa Stephanie, Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe, we regularly went to Hiatus off of 5th St when it was new, we have spent days at the Lake Austin Spa, Spa Reveil, etc. You know how when you’re getting a facial or a massage and the person doing it- you can hear them sigh as if they don’t want to be there then you feel weird and don’t want to be there either because you know they don’t want to be there? I wasn’t even thinking about things like that, I was SO relaxed. I loved all of the little special aspects of this service like the hot towels on my feet, the scalp massage that lasted forever, in the best way, the hot towel rolled up under my neck, the scent of the package, the little gift you get afterward! Carrie was very receptive to my pressure preference which I’m sure most massage therapists don’t agree with, which is very light, but she listened to what I wanted to a T and did such a good job. She has skills. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again any time I’m stressed out AND I’m excited to try this package during Christmas to see what scents will be used!

Nichole is absolutely magnificent. 10/10 recommended anything with her I’ve had a lot of facials and used to be licensed in cosmetology so believe me when I say she is wonderful! But even if she wasn’t amazing at her work she is the best warmest person to be around which is worth your time in itself. I got the fire and ice facial which was very nice I will get that again next time for sure.

I’ve been getting consistently amazing facials with Aleyna at the Viva Domain location for more than a year now. Aleyna is an experienced skin care professional who knows what she’s doing. She always has wonderful recommendations for treatments and products with low, mid, and higher priced suggestions. She’s also a really sweet person and easy to talk to, but is fine with not talking during the facial if I just want to relax. Facials with Aleyna are one of my favorite things, so relaxing and great for my skin! The front desk staff at Viva is also top notch, friendly and welcoming with great customer service.

I had the best experience at Wild and Beautiful in Austin! I came in for a lip flip and couldn’t be happier with the results. The process was quick, nearly painless, and the staff made me feel so comfortable and informed every step of the way.

My injector was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for—natural, subtle enhancement—and they delivered perfectly. I love how the lip flip gave my smile just the right boost without looking overdone. The studio is clean, stylish, and welcoming, and the whole vibe was so friendly and professional.

I saw the cute sign one day a few months ago when I was driving past. I was intrigued and googled to see what it was. When my husband told me he wanted to gift me a trip to a spa for Mother’s Day, I knew this is where I wanted to go. I had a great experience getting Dysport with Gina and she took the time to answer questions honestly and professionally. I loved the calm vibe of the spa and I’ll definitely be back!

Gina took me in for my first ever procedure and it was a lip flip. She was so sweet and gave me all the information I needed. It was quick and totally worth it I love it! My friends have even noticed the extra volume in my top lip. I was testing the waters to see if people would notice without me saying anything and they did! I’ve noticed it too, and I’m so glad I tried it out. It’s definitely something I’m considering keeping up with because it makes me feel so much more confident. Especially good for someone who unsure if they wanna go into lip filler and just looking for a bit of a top lip change .

From start to finish, my experience at Wild and Beautiful was amazing! I received a Vampire Facial, a treatment that uses both microneedling and PRP to rejuvenate the skin. For someone that is new to this type of treatment, the team made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My favorite part was during the treatment, Jen talked me through step by step leaving no room for guessing what would happen next.

I got microneedling done for the first time with Kristen about 3 weeks ago at W&B and couldn’t be happier with the results! Kristen level set expectations since it was my first treatment and didn’t try to over-sell the benefits (which I appreciate!) and the results were so much more noticeable after 1 treatment than I expected. Even my husband noticed my skin looked so much better, that’s how you know it’s the real deal (;

10/10 My entire experience was top tier! Trey started me with one of the best Swedish massages I’ve ever had; plus he’s nice and professional. Bri was an absolute joy! Her bubbly personality mixed with the knowledge of her profession and her honest feedback made me comfortable, as this was my first facial. Niecy, topped my experience off with a great manicure and pedicure, but the way she made me feel at home was the best! VIVA will definitely see me again!

Overall an “OK” experience
My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30am, but one of the employees was running late due to traffic. I can understand a short delay, but 15 minutes turned into 30, so we didn’t start until 9am. Because of that, I felt like my massage therapist wasn’t fully prepared.

The towels were warm but not steamy hot, and just when I felt myself starting to relax, my therapist would leave the room—this happened 3 or 4 times. One time she was gone so long that I actually had to take off my eye cover to see what was going on. My 90-minute massage honestly felt more like 30 minutes.

On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and professional, and I really appreciated the thoughtful birthday gift bag (thank you!). My facial was AMAZING—10/10. The massage was good, but for the price, I definitely expected a better and more consistent experience.

I came in today after having an absolutely horrible day, desperately in need of some self-care. I booked with the first available therapist and, to my absolute luck (or maybe the universe looking out for me!), I ended up with Daniel. And wow… all I can say is OMG.

Never in my life have I had such a thorough and restorative massage. Daniel handled my body with such care and attentiveness, intuitively knowing exactly what I needed. He didn’t just hit the obvious sore spots—he went above and beyond, addressing every area with precision and a level of detail that left me feeling completely renewed.

The experience was so incredible that I actually did something I’ve never done before: I immediately booked my next appointment with him before I even left the building! That’s how good he is.

If you have the option, do yourself a favor and book with Daniel. He will have you walking out feeling like a brand-new person. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced! From the spa itself to the masseuse and her technique! 10/10

I went for a mani/pedi, and I have high expectations for this property since it’s a fancy place. I felt judged when the lady right away looked at my toes and told me that I have shellac, so she will have to remove it. I’m ok with paying that, but the way she did it, I didn’t feel welcome. After that, the service was bad, I was expecting, as I said, a better service experience when they offer you water often, but every time I have to ask for it. In general, the mani/pedi was fine, but then my nail paint, I feel like it was really bad. They didn’t have fans to dry your nails, which is weird, so you have to wait for 15 minutes or more to let them dry. I won’t come back to this place.

Viva is my go to place and *Natalie* is my go to for everything! I have been seeing Natalie for years, she comes with years of experience and its extremely evident in her skill, super knowledgable about everything going on in the industry and keeps me honest about them. She has an eye for perfection and skilled hands that translate the same. My skin has has been through a remarkable journey with her. The best part, she is super kind, gentle and honest!

Viva is a great space, everyone here is extremely welcoming and kind, not pushy at all and carry a great range of products!

I moved from California years ago & have been going to it’s a secret ever since living in the Domain. My original injector recently left so I was hesitant on finding someone new but booked with Jamie for new lip filler. It’s been about 7 years since I’ve been getting lip filler & she suggested dissolving so that we could start fresh. I’ve always been insecure about the migration in my upper lip but she explained the process thoroughly & I finally felt comfortable enough to move forward. We dissolved my filler today & the process was MUCH easier than expected. I was nervous given the videos I had seen but she was incredibly calming & accommodating. Juana gave me my first hydrafacial a month ago and it was AMAZING! I am acne prone so we paired it with a dermaplane to give me that extra exfoliation. My skin was left feeling so glowy and clean, it is definitely worth the hype! As days went by my skin continued to clear. She recommended I include some ZO products into my routine and it has only maximized my results.

When I first arrived, customer service was warm and welcoming, and I felt optimistic. However, that quickly shifted after meeting with a representative. Instead of simply listening to my needs, I felt pressured into considering higher-priced services I didn’t ask for. It gave off more of a sales pitch than a genuine consultation, which was disappointing.

After my initial service, I scheduled an additional appointment and was told it was confirmed. Shortly after leaving, I received a text stating I needed to pay to keep that appointment, something I’ve never been required to do at a med spa. Feeling uneasy, I locked my card. Not long after, I received a message that an unauthorized attempt had been made to charge my card, and since the charge failed, my appointment was canceled. At that point, I was no longer interested in returning.

A week later, I unexpectedly received another text confirming me for an appointment I never scheduled, along with a warning that I’d be charged a cancellation fee if I didn’t cancel. That was not only frustrating, but also concerning from a business practice standpoint.

Overall, the experience felt less about client care and more about aggressive sales tactics and unnecessary pressure. For a med spa, where trust and professionalism should come first, this approach left a very negative impression

I recently moved back from Boston and was interested in trying this location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The front desk staff was dismissive upon my arrival, and there was a clear miscommunication regarding my appointment time. I was brought back nearly 15 minutes late by a nurse practitioner(who wasn’t my injector), who was unable to provide basic information—such as how long the injector had been practicing.

This lack of transparency and consultative care is exactly why I’m hesitant about med spas. The experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location based on my visit.

Update: Spoke with the manager and she declined to refund me my $50 deposit for the consultation I never had. Very shady business practices and terrible management.

I ended up going to Peachy on East 5th. They were kind, courteous, on time and better priced than this place. Don’t wast your money here!

VIO Med Spa is the best. I love the girls there. Nurse Jackie is a true artist! She’s the best. I completely trust her and all of her recommendations. I’ve been going for over a year and my skin/face has never looked better. The owners are a mother/daughter duo who care deeply about their business and are always there. It’s a true testament to how much they care about their business and the service that is being delivered. 10/10

Jessica is an amazing nurse injector!! She takes a holistic approach to facial balancing and is super attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I always feel so safe and comfortable with her. Plus, she’s extremely gentle/fast with the actual injections.

I saw Aileen at Vio last week and she was awesome! She has the kindest and most gentle affect. While don’t always do well with needles, she made the experience a breeze. Staff is very honest when asked about treatments. They don’t try and sell you on what may not be the best option. Staff is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable when asking questions. They are very up to date on new procedures. I travel from Florida to come here because of the staff. Just a great place!

I had this raised red dot situation that has been on the too of my cheek for about 5 years now, I think a busted capillary. It was a little raised, and over time my cheek started to get a liiiiiittle dimple right where it was sitting, and it really never would cover with makeup because of the color and texture so I finally decided to do something about it. Dermatologist was a dead end, but I was recommended here by a friend and I’m so glad I made the appointment!

This nuisance was a thing of the past very quickly, just a quick bit of localized laser magic. I was in and out, and it turned brown basically right away as anticipated, looking less like some sort of acne injury and more like a freckle, then reabsorbed within a couple weeks. By the end of the month, it’s like it was never there at all.

I’ve also come for microneedling and jaw muscle botox now and can’t recommend enough! A great crew and very people first mentality.

I rarely provide negative reviews, but I am very disappointed. I stopped in this location in March and was recommended more units of Botox than I’ve ever received in the past over probably a dozen visits to other practitioners. I followed all protocol. And there was zero improvement. The medspa then tried to upsell me other services.

I reached out a few weeks later by email to let them know, and received no response. However, they did reach out to ask me if I was going to buy their other services.

I then disputed the transaction with my credit card provider. They then reached out via text to ask about the disputed transaction. I shared photos to show them just how ineffective their treatment was. Literally no difference. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 days, and never did.

I’ll leave it at that.

The service I get here is amazing. The staff is great. They work real well with your situation and are super friendly, super vibrant super energetic environment so yeah 10 out of 10. Recommend I’ve been a customer with them for a long time.
