I've completed my 200, 300 and I'm finishing the Yoga Therapy program and I am blown away. In the five years I've studied with MVP, they have updated their content improving video and audio quality, expanded their course library, and continue to create new content. Just this morning I revisited my 300 hour course to find brand new videos! The teachers are accessible and will hop on a video call to explain or clarify content or answer questions that come up along the way. The Yoga Therapy program is intense. I've learned so much and have healed in so many ways. The learning labs have thousands of hours of video dating back to 2018 which is so helpful because you can hear lectures from different teachers giving multiple perspectives. If you're looking for value and quality with ongoing support MVP gives you that and more. All of that coupled with the connections I've made have given me the confidence to embark on the career of my dreams as a Yoga Therapists.
I fully credit Michelle and Tara for my love of vinyasa yoga. This studio has been transformative for me. There is a variety of classes, and yet all of the instructors are inclusive and instructive. Highly recommend.
Experienced Brittney Riley's Restorative class + sound bath for the very first time. IT WAS AMAZING. I've taken classes all over the world, managed a premiere/elite group fitness program in LA and was just delighted at the inclusive cuing, impeccable set up, and divine sound healing. It's a shame to find out the class is not scheduled to continue. It's a massive loss, especially in a time of massive community stress. We need more restorative practices for our nervous systems, not less. Follow Brittney wherever she goes. It's worth it.
I completed the 200 hr yoga teach training online and I absolutely loved it! I feel I learnt so much about the foundations and philosophy of yoga as a whole. I truly recommend it to anyone thinking of beginning their journey.
The content you will receive is pretty basic, any teacher can teach that, if you are looking for some deep courses, you can't find it at my vinyasa, the content is pretty shallow and the teacher is more business minded than a spiritual leader. I don't recommend it, don't waste your time and money on a course like this, there are way deep and better teachers out there where you can find in person and online. Also they don't inform you in advance that the continuing education courses won't be accompanied by a certificate and if you are not satisfied they won't refund your money or give you a credit. I’m a certified yoga and pilates teacher with many years of experience (you can google my name and see my work under ghazal bina) and I was looking forward to learn new things from your courses and recommend it to others but your content is a general content and u just labeled it for anxiety and trauma. Thats not how it works you really need to work harder to niche down these courses. There are some vinyasa sequences in your course that are taught by 2 different teachers and it’s the same sequence & it’s a general vinyasa class that you can find anywhere on YouTube. I also asked for a refund which you declined. I do hope that you improve your work if u have the ability to do it
I love the teachers and most of the classes. It has been a wonderful blessing to find such integrity and spiritual understanding in a school. Honestly, I absolutely recommend this them. Namaste
I took my 200 hour training in person here and am halfway through my 300 hour. The course work is very educational with a broad understanding of safe alignment/anatomy and the origins and cultural significance of yoga. I always have felt so welcome and at home in this space. The teachers are all so kind and genuinely care about the classes they lead and how their students feel. Michelle, Tara and Kiana have been so helpful and supportive through my journey as a teacher and they are all wonderful teachers themselves. I would highly recommend this studio for both teacher trainings and taking yoga classes!
