First, we greatly appreciated the YouTube videos that Stephanie created. Very well done and easy to understand. Being new to Medicare we were a bit overwhelmed! After understanding the basics we called Abt Insurance Agency and talked to one of the agents, Jake. Jake was terrific to work with - very patient and great at explaining the pros, cons and specifics with each Medicare option. After getting our Medicare number (first step, from Medicare.gov) we called Jake back and he signed us up for the Advantage plan that we had chosen. Great experience, courteous, professional and patient. Would highly recommend!

I’m new to Medicare, turning 65 soon. It’s more complicated than I would have imagined, but luckily I landed on Stephanie’s videos on YouTube (Medicare Specialist - Abt Insurance Agency) and began educating myself. After watching numerous videos, I became quite comfortable making the call to Abt. I first started searching for Medicare information on You Tube and came across Stephanie’s channel for the Abt Insurance Agency. I had explored other postings but kept coming back to Stephanie because she was clear and concise on many of the topics concerning Medicare. I watched the videos for months as the time for me to sign up was getting closer. When I finally called I ended up talking to Emily. She was a pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and patient, she took the time to answer all my questions, and I never felt rushed on the phone. Emily also forwarded any information I requested from her about different options, plans and pricing immediately. By the time I was ready to sign up it only took a few minutes over the phone. I've been working with Carter Gill on our supplemental medical coverage and would like to thank Carter for his great service and attention to detail. He's been tremendously helpful and extremely patient. As you can image, when one retires the various plans that are offered under medicare (advantage or supplement) it can be quite confusing, but Carter has been great about providing differences between the two coverage groups as well as explaining coverages within each group (i.e. plan N vs plan g, etc.). I feel that my wife and I have made the appropriate choice for coverage (serving our needs) as a result of his clear explanations.

As a new senior, trying to find my way thru all the plans for Medicare gap insurance etc., the whole process seemed very overwhelming. I found Carter to be very professional and patient.
