They are all amazing , I have been there for probably more than five years and I have never had an issue with anything. I was somewhere else for about 12 years and had nothing but issues and late fees that I had to pay and penalties that I had to pay. Just because they can use a calculator doesn’t mean they’re worth your business. Just wait until they have your accounting records and watch them charge you unreasonable fees to access your own data.
C’mon people, we are using computers, you don’t need to apply hours and hours of billable time just to let a customer have access to their files.
Making me think quickbooks might actually be a better option even if they are a faceless impersonal corporation.

I believe that Michele really knows her stuff, and when I was able to work directly with her, I always felt comfortable with her advice, however she did not have the bandwidth to work with me directly.
The person assigned to me was incompetent. She gave me gave me incorrect information about the proper channel for handling a situation when another party incorrectly claimed our child on their taxes. She failed to provide requested guidance on how to maximize healthcare deductions. She also failed to file the proper extensions. This resulted in thousands of dollars in lost deductions, late fees, and interest.
