We had the absolute most perfect weekend and it was everything we could have imagined! The grounds are breathtaking with beautiful views everywhere you look. The lodging and accommodations are all very comfortable and convenient as well. I highly recommend booking the venue and sleeping accommodations together to help ensure a stress free event.

I cohosted a retreat at Chappell Lodge this spring and it was INCREDIBLE! The spaces were perfect for our gathering, we had room for outdoor covered yoga and sound healing, indoor group conversations and a delightful meals in the courtyard. Our guests found great pleasure in walking the grounds and finding beautiful, peaceful spaces to journal, read and connect. Booking our wedding here was by far the BEST decision we could have made for our day!! We were going for a romantic, ethereal, elegant feel and The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge hit every single one of those points. First of all, the space IS STUNNING. It being on 52 acres of protected nature preserve, but only 20 minutes from downtown Austin allowed us to have a feeling like we were far away from the city with the convenience of being close by for our guests to stay in hotels. The trees in the ceremony space are so old and beautiful and give you this feeling that your marriage is being blessed by God themself. The reception tent is so easily malleable to whatever theme you want to have and having the drapery put in by Monarch rentals + the stunning dimmable twinkle lights that come with the tent really set the ethereal tone for our night. Secondly, the staff at Vineyards at Chappel Lodge LITERALLY saved our wedding. I am forever indebted to Jaycie and every single person that works there because when a random spring Texas thunderstorm with insane winds decided to pop up during our reception it was all hands on deck to get the tent closed up so the party could go on! Jaycie and her assistant also were angels and moved lounge set pieces wherever we wished to have them in the middle of reception so we could get the perfect pictures. Thirdly, they allow many accommodations! It was very important for us to have our dog be in our wedding and we were able to work with VCL to make that happen. They have had Beer Burros, tattoo artists, karaoke, smores stations all out on the property before! Literally if it is your dream they will do whatever in their power to make it happen! Further, they have plenty lodging on site, which is a bonus if it is something important to you. I know it sounds cliche, but our wedding day was literally the best day of my whole entire life - and the largest player in that is because we chose The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge as our wedding venue. I highly recommend you do the same if you want your Big Day to be your Best Day.

From the moment I started looking for a wedding venue in December 2023, I knew I wanted something truly special. When I came across The Vineyards at Chapel Lodge, I felt an immediate connection. The venue was everything I envisioned, and my heart and mind were set. I booked it in February 2024 for our wedding in April 2025, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. Jaycie was a big part of that decision. From our very first tour, she was incredibly kind, excited, and so much fun to work with. She even gave us a sweet champagne tour that made us feel right at home. Our experience at the venue was absolutely perfect, and it looked stunning from every angle. Not only was The Vineyards an incredible location, but Jaycie also connected me with Fran, the most exceptional wedding planner I could have asked for. Thanks to Jaycie and the venue, I then met my videographer, DJ, and bartenders—the best group of people who made our day even more magical. On the day and night of our wedding, the venue was nothing short of breathtaking. The flowers were in full bloom, the fields were covered in vibrant colors, and the lake looked like glass. The sunset was straight out of a dream. Jaycie was there every step of the way, checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better support system. The lodging was equally impressive—our cabin and bedrooms were to die for. They were so comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. I honestly felt like a true princess during our stay.
