This Kumon center is exceptional. Its setup for young learners surpasses that of other centers. Children are seated in a U-shape around the teacher, allowing for more direct and personalized instruction. My children began attending at age 4, and within one year, they progressed from barely recognizing letters and counting only to 10 to reading stories like Green Eggs and Ham and adding numbers up to 10.

I drive from Cedar Park to this Great Hills Kumon Center specifically because of their long standing good reviews and the fact they have 25 years of experience working with all ranges of children. I had a hard time working with my children at home getting them to pay attention or focus but when I drop them off at Kumon, the instructors are very patient and know how to engage my children in an exciting and age appropriate way. Our girls are excited to come to this Kumon center and are always greeted with a smile and our girls leave giving the instructors hugs. The instructors here are personally invested in the success of the students and I feel relieved with the help of Kumon helping my children reach their academic potential. I would highly recommend Great Hills Kumon Center.

The owner of this Kumon center, Ms. Peggy is so knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching the our children. Stick with it and it works! We’ve been enrolled in Kumon for about a year. My daughter was below grade level (thanks to starting kinder virtually) and is now 2 grade levels ahead. This translates to spending less time on school homework and more fun on after school activities. I highly recommend. You will need to build up the discipline and and rewards at home to motivate the daily Kumon exercises, but there is some flexibility to skip days and scale up or down pages to accommodate your schedule.

Kumon Coaching has been a transformative experience for my child’s academic journey. My daughter has been attending this Kumon center for 2+ years and the instructors Mrs. Sharma and Ms. Sophia, Ms. Peggy are very kind and knowledgeable. Kumon’s learning environment teaches children about independence, organization, and dedication as well as provides great preparation for their academics.

I would like to Thank Peggy Siu for her dedication towards her job. Kumon helps my kid to improve her vocabulary, Grammar and more comprehensive work. We’ve had such a great experience with mathnasium! My daughter has been to 2 other tutoring services and always dreaded her sessions. Since starting here, she loved the tutors and felt more connected to them as well as asking if she can have longer sessions or come more times per week! They have an incentive program that really excited her and has gotten her doing math without any complaints. I’ve been very impressed.

My kid has been going to Mathnasium since kindergarten, and the staff have always been wonderful and open to feedback on customizing the learning process. My kid and most kids that I have seen have a positive experience because Mathnasium does not intend to stress out the kids and parents with homework to take home and there’s fun events and motivation to earn prizes. There’s always progress reports sent to parents to review.

Our 3rd grader started Mathnasium
to strengthen his foundational skills and build his confidence in Math. Since starting, we’ve noticed major growth, and he now approaches math with a more positive attitude! The scheduling app makes it simple to book sessions, he’s excited to go each week, and he loves collecting points to trade in for fun rewards—it really keeps him motivated!

Mathnasium has been incredibly helpful for my 6th grade daughter. She’s always gotten A’s in math, but past STAAR test scores have not met grade level. We attend the Mathnasium in Circle C, and I really can’t say enough good things about it. They initially gave a free assessment, then walked us through the results. We were able to see that there were key 4th and 5th grade concepts that my daughter never mastered.
I’m not going to lie, the price was a little outside of our comfort zone, but it has been so worth it. My daughter gets homework help, and when she doesn’t have homework she works on math skills mastery (from previous grade levels). Every three months or so, my daughter retakes the assessment, so that we are able to see her progress.
Her confidence in math has soared, and post MAP testing, she is on track to master the STAAR test.
My daughter enjoys it, too. Mathnasium really does their best to make learning fun, offering wheel spins and star cards that can be traded for prizes. So far, she’s earned a Peachie Babies slime box and. Stanley.

Oh, and we love Gabby, Katie, Soniya, and Akil! They are our favorites! (Apologies if I butchered the spelling of any names.)

My kids have been attending Mathnasium in circle c for over a year. They have been met with energetic and skilled teachers and staff! My kids love coming to mathnasium and we will continue attend because it has helped them with their confidence in math!

My son has been going to this center since May 2025 because we knew there were some math areas he needed help with after 4th grade. We tried helping him at home but it was always a struggle with tears, frustration and a loss of patience. Luckily, there are no tears or frustration at Mathnasium. He attended all summer and has already mastered so many concepts. He actually looks forward to going here to these lessons, and looks forward to his math quizzes and tests at school. It’s only been four months at twice a week but it has been worth every penny to see his confidence and skills soar in such a short period of time. I have to give a special shoutout to all the tutors at this center, but especially to Mr. Allen who always leaves the most thorough, kindest and congratulatory status reports after every session letting us know what our son worked on, and what he’s mastered so far. Definitely a great investment!

Mathnasium has been an excellent place for our son to sharpen his math skills over the summer. It’s been a joy watching his confidence soar as the new school year begins.

Mr. Aaron went above and beyond for my daughter, taking time out of his busy schedule to create a personalized math boot camp just for her. My daughter has never been a fan of math, but with his help, she passed her Algebra class with an 88. Unfortunately, she fell just short of passing the high school Math STAAR exam, missing the mark by only 2 questions (original score: 3489).

We immediately began searching for a tutor, and Mr. Aaron came highly recommended. Even though he was about to go on vacation, I was fortunate enough to book his last available session slot. Over the course of an intense 6-day boot camp, my daughter’s score jumped to 3737 — an incredible improvement in such a short time!

Throughout each session, her confidence grew. She became more comfortable explaining why she chose an answer and started using more advanced math vocabulary. Mr. Aaron incorporated a variety of tools to make the virtual lessons interactive and engaging. He even shared images of her completed work and assigned meaningful homework to reinforce the material.

Both of my younger boys (7th grade and 9th grade) have had tutoring with Aaron. They enjoyed their sessions, and found them very helpful. He delivers excellent feedback after their appointments. He is extremely patient and enthusiastic while helping them to better understand math, which is a subject they both struggle in.

We have been so pleased with the math tutoring our son has received from Aaron! Between moving back from another state and the pandemic our son had some gaps in his math knowledge and was just getting by in his middle school math class. Aaron is very skilled at keeping students on track, sometimes even getting a little ahead, while simultaneously addressing weaknesses in earlier math concepts. Our son’s grades have improved, but more importantly his mathematical understanding has deepened, his organizational skills have become better and his confidence has increased and expanded to other subjects. The scheduling webpage is easy to use and there are many convenient times to sign up for sessions. Aaron was recommended by our neighbors, and the only initial concern I had was that the online format would not be effective for how my son learns. That idea was quickly dismissed after seeing how effective Aaron is at figuring out how to best engage a students attention, and then navigating the students through the online format. He really knows what he is doing and I highly recommend his tutoring services!

Aaron is a terrific tutor! Early in the school year, he helped my daughter fill in gaps resulting from having Algebra I online during Covid. As the year progressed, he helped solidify lessons taught in class. Her grades improved, as did her confidence, and she was very proud to finish this year with an “A.” We highly recommend Aaron. 🙂

Aaron helped my child bring their grade from a D to a B in a fast-moving advanced Algebra 2 section where there was very little classroom support. More importantly, he helped them see that it’s ok to not ‘get’ everything immediately; that with a little help and practice they can master even things that don’t come easily. What a great life lesson to learn early! As a parent I appreciated Aaron’s well-organized system for scheduling, his responsiveness and the progress updates after each session. My kid started Best Brains – great hill about a year back and had a lot improvement. Also bestbrains most syllabus is aligned with school grade curriculum. Initially it was hard for my kid to do homework daily but with bestbrains teacher help he got more sincere in his work and now enjoying todo.

Prior to tutoring for the SAT with Kastner Hill Learning I felt lost on how to properly prepare for the test. Kastner Hill Learning allowed me see my strengths and weaknesses within testing and helped me improve my SAT score tremendously. My score went up hundreds of points and and I continue to see myself improving with each session. Aside from the test prep itself, KHL has a wonderful community where I feel comfortable to express myself and continue to learn!

Going into junior year of high school can be incredibly daunting with the beginning of College prep, AP courses, and of course the SAT. I was initially dreading the idea of SAT tutoring, but my experience with Kastner Hill Learning was anything but dreadful. The tutors there are so friendly and welcoming that it didn’t even feel like school, but much rather like studying with friends. I can truly say that over my time there I developed some really good friendships with the tutors and I enjoyed every session I had with them. Beyond just being great people in general, their ability to clearly teach and help me deeply understand the different question types was truly astounding. It’s because of these characteristics of Kastner Hill that I was able to bring my SAT score up 250 points after my time with them, breaking 1500. I could never have achieved this without them, and I can honestly recommend tutoring with Kastner Hill Learning to anyone entering Junior year. One of the best learning centers for kids. We had both our kids going to best brains for more than a year now. The teaching techniques and the weekly chapter books are well designed. As a parent very satisfied with my kids progress. Thank you Best Brains Team!

My son goes to Best Brains evening classes, two major things I like are their material and teaching. Their material covers variety of problems which makes kids to think multi direction and their teaching technique motivates kids follow the class and assignment. We pushed our kid to finish assignment only during first two weeks after that every day he does it by his own. Other things I like are the Mr. Ram is very responsive and very good at assessing what we are looking and kid need.

Our kids(4th and kinder graders) love going to Best Brains. I see lot of improvement in my kids over past 4 months. Kids enjoy learning. Its more like taking parents stress away about kids education. My kids attend after school program here. The good thing is they are not 100% dedicated on education. They do cover Yoga, Arts and other activities. All the teachers and staff are well trained. The material and curriculum is so appropriate. Not too long not too short. Most likely the kids will learn with interest but not for the sake of doing.

I like the Best Brains methodology. My son has become more confident and we can see significant improvement in the way he applies the logic while solving math problems. I highly recommend this program. Ram and Lakshmi are awesome they’ve always been encouraging and provided us tips to help child learn and solve problems more efficiently.

We were extremely impressed with Berkeley 2 Academy. Thanks to their SAT prep, our son significantly improved his SAT score close to 300 points during the summer. Their college admissions counseling was also a huge asset, providing thoughtful and personal guidance through the application process. The entire team, from directors to teachers and staff, were very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

This is my first time writing a review for a business. My son participated in the Gateway Program with a matched counselor for his college applications. The 10-week, one-on-one sessions helped him become well-prepared, and by the end of the program, he was ready to submit five applications. Senior year turned out to be much busier than I had expected, so having already completed a good portion of his applications gave him a strong head start. According to my son, the best part of the experience was the high quality of the counselor.

Before choosing B2A, I consulted with several other academies. B2A’s tuition and the support they provide are reasonably priced compared to other options. We’re now starting the program again with a different counselor for my second son. I hope it will help him as much as it did his brother, and we’re looking forward to another great result.

After seeing many good reviews we decided to put our son here. My son took his SAT prep coaching. Not worth it. We are disappointed with the whole process. For the money they charge, there is no proper focussed attention. They keep conducting tests every 4-6weeks, but don’t share what is wrong or identify areas of improvment. They will give the score thats it. After not getting good results, we tried contacting the center. that didnt help. They just talk but no action. We think they are not ready for digital SAT yet. My sons’ score didnt improve much (went up by 25pts) and we still had to take classes outside and also buy practice software.

I can attest that Berkeley2 Academy’s staff is dedicated to making sure all students and parents are well taken care of in all of their needs. They always put 100% in everything that they do, and you can truly see that in the characters of the directors, educators, and office managers. 10/10 staff! Once students are done with the programs, their scores always level up. Their college acceptance lists from their Gateway program are also always impressive every year. My daughter participated in the Gateway program at Berkeley2 Academy(B2A), and I strongly recommend this program to anyone, including students and parents applying for U.S. colleges from abroad. I was little worried because the meetings and workshops had to be done completely online, but it perfectly worked! The B2A counselors are highly reliable professionals with expertise and experiences. They were always eager to help and flexible in scheduling meetings with my daughter working in a different time zone. We just didn’t know where to start at first as we were unfamiliar with the U.S. college application process, but with B2A’s step-by-step guide, my daughter finally got into her dream school! I don’t leave reviews often but felt compelled to do this. Austin Learning Center is hands-down the best tutoring center my kids and I have ever worked with. They consistently go out of their way to understand your child’s needs and create a personalized plan for tutoring, academic coaching, and executive functioning support. My 10th grader has had a great experience with ALC. The management is very friendly and organized, and they really help with reminders of upcoming sessions, etc. My son prefers zoom sessions which worked really well for him. His tutor, Alex, was great-always friendly, engaging, professional, and reliable. Alex was able to work with my son on several subjects, and they always got a lot accomplished. I really appreciated the detailed summaries of the tutoring session- along with all the work Alex did on helping prep, strategize, and manage the upcoming workload. It helped so much with executive functioning, esp with the more challenging classes my son took his 10th grade year. We are signed up again for next year!

Austin Learning Center (ALC) changed our family for the better. Our ALC tutor was all over our daughter’s academic struggles in high school, developing a close relationship with her as they tackled required assignments. Well staffed and a pretty organized center. Ms. Asmita does a wonderful job with staying on top of things, be it tracking child’s progress or other communication aspects of managing the center. Ample parking always available close to center – just watch out for those speedy cars in the parking lot area.

Our son is now 7 years old and has been in this program for several years and continues to excel. Asmita and her team are great educators while bringing the right blend of patience and motivation. Excellent program!

My daughter has been working with Kumon in Mueller for about a year and we are very happy with it. It has not only increased her math skills, but helped build her confidence and focus as well. The staff are always very responsive to questions and concerns. And Kumon Connect is a great resource to use when traveling – we went abroad this summer and my daughter was able to keep up with her Kumon the whole time. Our family prioritizes critical thinking and creativity at school, so our ability to get small doses of worksheet practice each day is a wonderful compliment to our daughter’s education, and we are sure it will serve her well for years to come.

Kumon at Muller is the best! One of the best decisions we made as a family. It is organized, motivating, friendly and kids systematically progress forward. Nothing but positive.
