SB did an amazing job on my pedicure! He was professional, gentle, and incredibly detail-oriented. My feet have never looked or felt better! He took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and the massage was so relaxing. SB made the whole experience feel like a luxury spa treatment. Highly recommend booking with him! Donna was also amazing and so sweet! They both made me feel special!

First time at Milano Nail Spa and I can see why it’s so highly rated! Got a white chrome gel pedicure and the whole experience was amazing! They had multiple chrome powders for white which I was asked about, was given complimentary drinks, my tech and the staff checked in with me throughout the service to make sure it was going well and I will definitely be back! That plus they give you 10% off for your birthday with showing your ID!

Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Keep local instead. Updating my review after HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was our second visit to this place for our monthly girls day pedicures. Loved this place and the techs are so friendly I had given them all the stars. Then less than 24 hours after paying about $100 bucks with tip for a pedicure the polish started to fall off. I’m talking within 18 hours my toes looked horrible. We went on Saturday and by Sunday this is what my nails looked like. I contacted them and sent pics only to be told they were going to CHARGE ME to fix their mess up!?! Nope! I’ve never had an issue like this with even cheaper pedicures. Can’t believe a company that’s trying to break into Austin from Houston would have such terrible customer relations. I wasn’t asking for anything other than to be made right and fix my polish. I DID NOT leave before my polish was cured since there was a group of us I was waiting on them. Also it only happened on one foot so my guess is the polish was bad. My group won’t be going back.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it hasn’t been as good as my first visit. My latest acrylic fill is disappointing. Lumpy, uneven nails. Not fully painted on the sides, or scuffed from the last filing. Particles/bubbles in the design making it lumpy and easy to pick off. The service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. Everyone is really nice so this is a bummer. The design cost is a little inconsistent. The night before I got the same single cherry on one toe and it was 10$, the same design on one finger, was 5$. I wanted the design on 2 fingers (why my thumb is also light pink) but that got lost in translation, miscommunication on my part. I just wanted to get out of there by the end. I would like to return but I need to find THE tech to see there, I’ve heard great things about a few.

This salon never disappoints! Every nail artist is skilled! I rarely request anyone specific because they’re all that good. The last two times I went, my gel x nails stayed that Ann did for me flawless for almost 5 weeks (I only removed them due to growth, not wear!). The attention to detail is unmatched, and the atmosphere is so relaxing (shoutout to the complimentary drinks as well!). If you want perfect nails and a pampering experience, this is the spot. Highly recommend for a self-care treat! ✨

I had to update my review, since I feel it is important to share. Although my experience was good. I am very disappointed that my pedicure is already peeling. I get a pedicure once a month in Los Angeles and not only does it not peel, I pay a fraction of the price. Last, it’s the first time I get gel nail polish, which I also expected it to last for 3-4 weeks. It’s already peeling. What a shame and surprising.
