This was the smoothest doctor’s experience I’ve had in a while. I did an online booking the night before (so thankful there was availability the next day due to my medical concern). The next morning I got a text to access their communication portal where I uploaded any required docs and signed any authorization forms easily. When I got to the office, there wasn’t any repeat requests! The office is lovely and staff was kind. The appointment was timely. Dr. Patel was friendly and asked questions before prescribing solutions.

The staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Patel was thorough. I had to have a few suspicious things removed, but it went smoothly. I was in and out in less than an hour. I really like the new office. Lots of room, nice decor, and plenty of parking. Many thanks!

When I first moved to Texas from New York, I was nervous about finding a wax specialist who met the high standards I was used to. Back home, my waxer was incredibly thorough, she never missed a spot and I appreciated that level of attention to detail.

Initially, I started going to the Triangle location, but I wasn’t really satisfied with the services I received. Then one day, I walked in for an appointment and was paired with Della, and I immediately felt like I struck gold. She reminded me so much of my waxer in New York: super detailed, professional, and I didn’t have to say a word, she just knew exactly what to do.

I was disappointed to find out she was only temporarily helping out at that location, but I was told her home location is South Lamar, and let me tell you, I’ve been making the drive ever since. It’s a bit of a trip for me, but Della is absolutely worth it.

She’s not only amazing at what she does, but she also has such a warm personality and positive energy. I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her.

The best EWC ever! I’ve been going to this location for 6 years seeing Tori who will forever be my favorite, but sadly she left. I tried a different location closer to home and had the worst experience ever. I’ve also been to locations in NY and CA but nothing compares to S Lamar!

Additionally, she introduced me to the TNS serum, which has been a fantastic addition to my skincare routine. I’m already noticing improvements in my skin’s texture and tone.

Meghan was AMAZING!!! honestly that was the best experience ever. I have done laser treatments in different locations, states, and even countries, but my experience at Milan Laser is special mainly because of her. Just had my first Brazilian laser hair removal. Best experience they made me feel comfortable and relaxed and went over all details during my appointment. The cooling air that is on during the procedure makes everything so much more relaxing. I didn’t experience any pain like I did when I used to get waxed. I absolutely love Alite Laser!! I started doing laser hair removal with Anastasia a few months ago and have been LOVING my results. She recommended I do electrolysis as well for some stubborn areas so I started going to Marie at Alite and have been so happy with how everything looks. Both Anastasia and Marie make me feel so comfortable while I am getting treated and I really see a huge difference in my hair growth. It is 100% worth the price tag.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience in hopes it provides helpful insight to both the business and future potential clients.

We recently relocated to the area and visited for an electrolysis consultation after receiving a recommendation. Unfortunately, our first impression left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. The consultation felt disorganized and unprofessional with statements feeling inappropriate and lacking in sensitivity. Despite filling out an intake form beforehand.

We then decided to schedule an appointment for the next day (less than 24 hours in advance) for a different electrologist. However after reflecting on our consultation experience and learning the more experienced electrologist would not be available for the full course of treatment, we decided not to move forward and canceled the morning of the appointment. We were then told it would be a $25 cancellation fee. This was surprising, as there was no mention of such a policy during the time of booking due to being less than 24 hours in advance along with being first-time clients with a free consultation. While I understand that cancellation policies exist to protect the business’s time this wasn’t clearly communicated.

This is not a criticism of the receptionist, who was simply following procedure. However, the overall handling of new clients, combined with a lack of professionalism during the consultation and unclear expectations around policies, left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued. Given the nature of electrolysis as a long-term and expensive journey, establishing trust and comfort is crucial for us. Sadly, this was not our experience.

While I cannot speak for the entire team or the experiences of others, based on our interaction, we decided not to return and would not recommend this clinic.

Cant recommend Alite Laser enough! I have friends who also go here and everyone has nothing but positive things to say. Chelsea is wonderful and very professional. There is a noticeable difference in my hair growth and my skin doesn’t get irritated after sessions
