I just moved to Austin and I got the $30 new client Brazilian with Allie, and SERIOUSLY , FASTEST, SMOOTHEST WAX EVER. Allie was amazing. I was in & out in like 10 minutes. No strays. Came for a wax, unknowingly received a first free wax as a client and it was amazing. Very fast and clean. So I scheduled a second wax with another wax specialist and it was just as fast and amazing! The front desk was very knowledgeable and sweet. I had a very great experience!

Abby June is the best. I came to her tender-fresh from the trauma of another brow artist providing me with what can only be described as two caterpillars, lounging above my eyeballs. Abby was very sensitive to my scaredy-cat energy. She took so much time listening to what I didn’t like about my first browapillars and was so careful to go slowly and make sure I was comfortable with the new brows she was giving me. i am not one to leave bad reviews and this is honestly my first one. i appreciate the kind gestures of the owner and one of the workers to try to make it up to me so i give two stars for the valuable customer service of those two ladies, but my eyebrows are truly messed up. to clarify the owner nor the coworker that helped me did my eyebrows today. i have lived in austin for over four years and i have never had such a bad experience in regards to my eyebrows and their lack of shape and over thinness. i am very disappointed as my eyebrows are one of my favorite steps of my makeup routine and now they are so disproportionate and not even the same shape. (yes my reference pictures have eyebrows that are glued as part of my routine but the shape left today was nothing like my actual eyebrows) i don’t think i will be back.

This salon is highly-rated for good reason! I had to look for a new threading salon since I moved to Austin for school, and I was a little nervous because I’m very particular about my eyebrows. The staff was very nice and welcoming when I walked into the salon, and they assisted me through the sign in process since I was a new customer. I was attended by Pam, and I showed her reference pictures of my eyebrows from past times when I had gotten them threaded. Iris was amazing in every way. She made this momma of a teen so comfortable with my daughter’s first eyebrow wax. Don’t hesitate for a minute to book with her, especially if this is your first time as a momma with a teen like me.

I visited the salon for an eyebrow shaping session, requesting that my eyebrows be maintained in their natural shape. However, they were excessively trimmed and shortened, which significantly altered my natural brow appearance. As a result, I now need to fill in the gaps with an eyebrow pencil, which is unnecessary. I am currently working on regrowing my natural brows. I won’t be going back, since they don’t seem to listen to their clients requests. I’ve been reading the reviews now and realized this has been happening to other people, the price doesn’t fit the value. Either the women need to be properly trained or they need to take accountability. I’m very disappointed with how my eyebrows turned out after I washed my face and saw that all that product they put to mask what had been done.

Greatly disappointed. So glad I only went for the brow lamination and lash lift. It’s a “special” for only $189, but you pay extra if you’d like them tinted. 1st time client didn’t feel welcomed, and I specifically instructed the tech person to not make my eyebrows look like arches, oh well. Grateful that I did not do the PMU! Then you are forced to tip starting at 20%, which I did not feel like she merited that. Will not be returning. Some of the professionals were wearing sweatpants and an old t-shirt, huh? But oh, you get a parting gift, yeah.

Reply to the below comment: since the phone call I mentioned angled bob and not to reduce the front length. You kept mentioning it won’t align and cut the front short. You did a bob cut and keep mentioning that’s what I showed. I showed pictures of my previous angled bob cut which was styled. Since the beginning and until the end, I mentioned angled bob cut. Please be honest if you don’t know how angled bob cut looks like. I would have showed clear pictures.

For your information: I am attaching the image of angled bob, please refer to this style. Since that style can have multiple pictures but has only one style. I specifically mentioned the length in the front and still you cut it short. Please for gods sake, be honest if you do not understand a hairstyle the client would gladly show more pictures.

They are always very nice and the lady that usually does my eyebrows does a great job. This time the second say did it, I told her I only wanted a few hairs removed to shape my brows and not to touch the top. She basically removed my entire eyebrows….3 weeks before my wedding. I had been growing them out for 6 months and just wanted a little clean up which I was clear about. I’m now bald and heartbroken and scarred for life. I don’t think I will EVER let anybody touch my eyebrows again.
