I’ve been a loyal Viva customer since 2014, starting at the Lamar location and moving to the Domain when it opened. Several of my favorite nail technicians moved here too, so I’ve been seeing the same friendly, talented team for years. They truly feel like family.

I visit every six weeks for a facial and pedicure, and my skin is always glowing when I leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and professional. One thing I really value about Viva is that the technicians always make me feel comfortable and included—they speak in English, so I never have that awkward feeling of wondering if a conversation is about me.

Viva has earned my loyalty over the past decade, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for consistent, high-quality spa services in Austin.

I had the pleasure of receiving laser treatment at Viva Day Spa with Jamie, and I can’t recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but her genuine care for her clients really stood out to me. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything to me. On top of that, she’s so beautiful and has a wonderful, calming presence that made the experience even better. I’m so grateful for the amazing care she provided during my treatment. If you’re considering laser treatments, definitely ask for Jamie—you’re in the best hands!

I went to Viva Spa looking for a quick, decent massage to help with some pain. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations—mainly because it’s located at the Domain—but they completely exceeded them. From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, and I loved how spacious it was. They even guide you through different relaxation areas until it’s time for your appointment, which made the whole experience feel more elevated.
McKenzie did my massage, and you can tell right away she’s experienced. As I explained where I was feeling pain, she listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to understand what I needed. During the session, she found exactly the right spots, and I kept thinking—wow, she’s so good. She’s not only skilled but also knowledgeable, even giving me tips for pain management beyond the massage.
I left feeling better than I expected and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Viva Spa, especially with McKenzie!

Okay, this was THE BEST spa experience/ service/ treatment provider I have ever experienced- by far! If you are ever super stressed out, just book this service with Carrie! It is WELL worth the money. I have been going to spas with my mom since I was little and I’m in my 30s now. We have traveled to Cannon Beach and had services at Spa Stephanie, Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe, we regularly went to Hiatus off of 5th St when it was new, we have spent days at the Lake Austin Spa, Spa Reveil, etc. You know how when you’re getting a facial or a massage and the person doing it- you can hear them sigh as if they don’t want to be there then you feel weird and don’t want to be there either because you know they don’t want to be there? I wasn’t even thinking about things like that, I was SO relaxed. I loved all of the little special aspects of this service like the hot towels on my feet, the scalp massage that lasted forever, in the best way, the hot towel rolled up under my neck, the scent of the package, the little gift you get afterward! Carrie was very receptive to my pressure preference which I’m sure most massage therapists don’t agree with, which is very light, but she listened to what I wanted to a T and did such a good job. She has skills. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again any time I’m stressed out AND I’m excited to try this package during Christmas to see what scents will be used!

Nichole is absolutely magnificent. 10/10 recommended anything with her I’ve had a lot of facials and used to be licensed in cosmetology so believe me when I say she is wonderful! But even if she wasn’t amazing at her work she is the best warmest person to be around which is worth your time in itself. I got the fire and ice facial which was very nice I will get that again next time for sure.

I got lip filler done for the first time by Jordyn, and I highly recommend her! I was super nervous never having any cosmetic procedure done before, but Jordyn made me feel comfortable right away. She was patient, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and honest during the consultation process. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The results are absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been getting consistently amazing facials with Aleyna at the Viva Domain location for more than a year now. Aleyna is an experienced skin care professional who knows what she’s doing. She always has wonderful recommendations for treatments and products with low, mid, and higher priced suggestions. She’s also a really sweet person and easy to talk to, but is fine with not talking during the facial if I just want to relax. Facials with Aleyna are one of my favorite things, so relaxing and great for my skin! The front desk staff at Viva is also top notch, friendly and welcoming with great customer service.

Saw this Spa on ClassPass so used my credits for this. What a great place, very warm and Chelsea gave a great massage!! Also, Nadia was amazing at taking good care of the “Welcome In”. Also, they are also caring and go the next step beyond for their clients, I left a ring in my robe and realized the next day. They searched and found – Thank you Aria (sp?) for taking the time out to find this, going through all the robe pockets was time-consuming I’m sure! All around a 5-star place.

First time visiting Spavia in Austin. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The environment is clean, calm and inviting. The robes and sandals definitely give you a luxurious feeling. The waiting room sets the tone before the service with the lighting and music. We had a couples massage and loved our Therapists Chelsea and Derek. They were professional, skilled and great communicators. We felt so relaxed and cared for. I highly recommend!

This was my first time at this spa. I won this visit from an event at Hotworx. Let me tell you this wasn’t what I expected. This spa was so relaxing and beautiful. From the low lighting and candle lit hallways to the soft music and complimentary hot tea. You enter and they give you a robe and slippers and you can relax drinking hot tea or water while waiting in a room so inviting where you can also read or color until your specialist comes out for you. Then you get into your special room with soft music that you choose and I fell asleep, lol but my facial was the best I’ve had in a long time! I’m definitely coming back and bringing everyone with me! Jennifer my esthetician was lovely to the front staff!

Aumyai was the facial massuse for my daughter & me. She used just the right amount of pressure. Everything was so calming & relaxing. The aroma & accommodations were really nice

Chelsea is fantastic! I get the 100m deep tissue massage and she really does a great job, focusing on each area thoroughly. The foot, hand, and scalp massage are fabulous too.

My facial with Aumyai was fantastic. My skin was glowing when I left and she really took her time. She was super knowledgeable about skincare and gave me great advice tailored to my skin. I felt so pampered and she had great calming energy! Overall everything I want in a spa experience – calming, nice atmosphere, skilled facialists, high quality products, and a soothing tea room to chill after your service. I keep coming back to Spavia because I always leave happy and it feels like a good value to me compared to other spas in Austin. Book a facial here and you will be so glad you treated yourself <3

ken the receptionist or rather the experience guru was nothing short of informative and sweet. i have a hard time relaxing and thought this was a little silly at first but she eased my nerves instantly! as for the massage with faith? f for fantastic. just book your next massage appointment here already.

Everyone I interacted with was a joy. The best part of the experience was Monica though. She is incredible at what she does. By far the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had a pain in my neck for weeks and she fixed it. Other than that, the communication, anticipating needs, pressure, and overall everything about the massage and the experience was wonderful. I felt very comfortable. Been coming to Milk and Honey for a while and she was by far the best yet. She is the reason I will be routinely scheduling massages now.

From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, my experience was absolutely perfect. The check in process was smooth and welcoming. Every area of the spa is beautiful, clean, and calming. The sheets were butter soft, the music and lighting was perfect, and I never heard any noise outside of the room throughout the massage. Most importantly, Sky is an amazing masseuse! He provided the smoothest, most relaxing massage yet had a firm touch at times to help relieve problem areas. His neck and scalp massage was superb and relieved so much tension. I was in heaven and didn’t want it to end. I received this as a gift and it was thoroughly enjoyed!

I was really excited to like this place. Booked a blowout for my birthday, mentioned my hair falls flat and that I would love to find a way to add volume and curl to it, showed a reference photo.

The stylist even asked if it was okay to use an iron, I said yes please anything that would help hold a curl. I was there for 30 mins exactly, when the stylist asked me if I liked it I didn’t even realize it was the end of the service, because no heating tools or styling had happened. It felt so uncomfortable to mention it, since my smock had already been taken off. I walked out. By the time I got home my hair was close to flat, for 100$ this felt really rushed even though I was the only customer there.

I had the absolute BEST massage with Sophie tonight. I immediately felt super comfortable with her. She was warm and giggly and asked great questions. Not only was her personality inviting, her massage technique was amazing!! Literally one of the best massages I’ve ever received. I booked a 75 minute deep tissue massage. Her communication was perfect. Pressure was perfect. She walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. It was such an incredible experience that I booked my next one before I left! Can’t wait to see her again in a month! ❤️❤️

I’m more than disappointed with the service I received. I came for a lash lift and tint, but the results were barely noticeable. Definitely not what I expected. For comparison, I’ve included a photo of a lash lift I had done at another salon versus what I received here. While the staff was friendly, I ultimately came for a quality service and unfortunately, it just didn’t deliver.

Milk and honey has always provided a great overall experience. Lauren has been my hairdresser for over 3 years now and always does a fabulous job. She is so knowledgeable (always gives great advice about what will be the best cut for my hair type), professional, and friendly. I always leave milk and honey 100% satisfied.

I have been going to 2nd st Milk+Honey for the last 4 years and they have seen me long hair, bob-cut, blonde, red, growing out natural roots, and manic bang touch-ups and whatever the ask or state of my hair, I always leave feeling and looking exceptional. I get complimented all the time on my cuts and always tell people to see Leah! The staff is friendly & engaging where I feel like a guest and not a customer. Their deep tissue massages and facial services are also top notch with the spa section of the property genuinely so relaxing and hospitable. Love it here

Yoshi is seriously so skilled and amazing!!! I’ve been going to him for about a year now and he has not only helped, but taught me so much! I was recommended to this place and Yoshi by my mom and i’m very satisfied and impressed!!! He’s always giving me tips for at home, i’ve learned so much! I get the 50 min deep tissue with hot stones and it never disappoints. i’m so glad i book with him!!! 🙂 I also just love the atmosphere it’s so relaxing and everyone’s so nice. Love this place!

My wife and I got a couples massage from Yoshi and Helen for our anniversary and it was wonderful. They serve you water and tea before and after and they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing and our massages were awesome. I loved the experience and hope to be back again soon.

I have tried different places in Austin, and this is the best one. A little bit pricey but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very well decorated and smells amazing. The therapists are very good and professional. I recommend this place if you don’t mind paying a little bit of extra money for professionalism and quality.

Excellent service! Melanie is the best for facials! I went in recently for my first ever facial and she greeted me kindly and was very friendly throughout the whole process. She also takes a good look at your skin and gives you a lot of tips and information to better your skincare! I highly recommend this place and I will be back!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I had an appointment for a facial at 2:00 PM, but ended up waiting for 40 minutes before finally leaving. During that time, the esthetician was preparing tea for a previous client instead of attending to my appointment. The receptionist kept assuring me that the esthetician was just a few minutes behind, but this prolonged delay felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

When the esthetician finally arrived at 2:30 PM, still not ready to start my facial, she seemed completely unconcerned about the delay, even laughing and telling me not to worry because I would still receive my full facial. Frankly, I felt that my time was not valued. The whole situation was made worse by the dismissive attitude and the impression that my appointment didn’t matter as much as others.

As a paying client, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I felt neither of those during my visit. I still have credits left with this business, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return. I hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service, as this was truly a disappointing experience.

I’ve been getting a few massages a year for the last 15+ years and usually go into trying a new spa fairly skeptical.

Bill, my massage therapist, and the team over at Organic Spa went above and beyond to make my experience great. The customer service was awesome, and the massage went above what I was expecting. Bill made sure to take the time when he found spots on my body to work them out further and getting hot towel treatments throughout really helped me to relax and gave my muscles a break from the work that was being done on them.

I will most certainly be back and I recommend anyone looking for a solid massage to go here.

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been to all kinds of spa/massage places – from 5 stars luxury spas to walk-in, no fluff massage parlors – this was a great experience from start to finish. We went there with a Groupon for a couples massage. First off, they greeted us with orange infused water and changed our shoes for slippers. I thought that was a great practice to keep since Covid so the place stays uncontaminated and clean. There’s a brief intake form that you need to fill out. My favorite thing about my experience (and possibly why it was the best massage EVER for me) was that I noted on my intake form the areas that I needed treated and my masseuse listened!! I walked out of there feeling renewed, and my knots completed melted. I had Yoshi as my masseuse and my husband had Bill. There were both exceptional and we will be back!! Thank you for such a great experience.

P.S. I will be back for a facial. They use Eminence Organics which is a phenomenal brand for skincare. Twenty years ago, it was these products that cured my cystic acne. I can’t wait to try their facials!!

10/10 My entire experience was top tier! Trey started me with one of the best Swedish massages I’ve ever had; plus he’s nice and professional. Bri was an absolute joy! Her bubbly personality mixed with the knowledge of her profession and her honest feedback made me comfortable, as this was my first facial. Niecy, topped my experience off with a great manicure and pedicure, but the way she made me feel at home was the best! VIVA will definitely see me again!

Overall an “OK” experience
My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30am, but one of the employees was running late due to traffic. I can understand a short delay, but 15 minutes turned into 30, so we didn’t start until 9am. Because of that, I felt like my massage therapist wasn’t fully prepared.

The towels were warm but not steamy hot, and just when I felt myself starting to relax, my therapist would leave the room—this happened 3 or 4 times. One time she was gone so long that I actually had to take off my eye cover to see what was going on. My 90-minute massage honestly felt more like 30 minutes.

On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and professional, and I really appreciated the thoughtful birthday gift bag (thank you!). My facial was AMAZING—10/10. The massage was good, but for the price, I definitely expected a better and more consistent experience.

I came in today after having an absolutely horrible day, desperately in need of some self-care. I booked with the first available therapist and, to my absolute luck (or maybe the universe looking out for me!), I ended up with Daniel. And wow… all I can say is OMG.

Never in my life have I had such a thorough and restorative massage. Daniel handled my body with such care and attentiveness, intuitively knowing exactly what I needed. He didn’t just hit the obvious sore spots—he went above and beyond, addressing every area with precision and a level of detail that left me feeling completely renewed.

The experience was so incredible that I actually did something I’ve never done before: I immediately booked my next appointment with him before I even left the building! That’s how good he is.

If you have the option, do yourself a favor and book with Daniel. He will have you walking out feeling like a brand-new person. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced! From the spa itself to the masseuse and her technique! 10/10

I went for a mani/pedi, and I have high expectations for this property since it’s a fancy place. I felt judged when the lady right away looked at my toes and told me that I have shellac, so she will have to remove it. I’m ok with paying that, but the way she did it, I didn’t feel welcome. After that, the service was bad, I was expecting, as I said, a better service experience when they offer you water often, but every time I have to ask for it. In general, the mani/pedi was fine, but then my nail paint, I feel like it was really bad. They didn’t have fans to dry your nails, which is weird, so you have to wait for 15 minutes or more to let them dry. I won’t come back to this place.

Viva is my go to place and *Natalie* is my go to for everything! I have been seeing Natalie for years, she comes with years of experience and its extremely evident in her skill, super knowledgable about everything going on in the industry and keeps me honest about them. She has an eye for perfection and skilled hands that translate the same. My skin has has been through a remarkable journey with her. The best part, she is super kind, gentle and honest!

Viva is a great space, everyone here is extremely welcoming and kind, not pushy at all and carry a great range of products!

I came in feel very stressed from an over stimulating and chaotic morning, but I left feeling absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in I begun to relax. This was my second time coming here and each time was absolutely phenomenal!

What a lovely place! It has a great atmosphere and relaxing music. I had an amazing massage at Oasis Spa. My therapist was incredibly skilled and intuitive, finding all the right spots without me saying much. They asked about my preferences and adjusted the pressure perfectly. My back and shoulders felt so much lighter afterward. I’m definitely coming back!

My husband and I tried a couple’s massage here for the first time and it was such a relaxing and amazing experience! My masseuse, Mia, was fantastic — she applied just the right amount of pressure and was super attentive, especially with my right ankle which I noted on the form. I absolutely loved the hot stone and oil back massage — that was the highlight for me!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the face and front massage felt really short. I was hoping for a more balanced full-body experience. But overall, it was a lovely session and I’d definitely come back again! 🙂

My fiance and I just got a couples massage here for his birthday, and it was so amazing!!! The price was wonderful, and they were able to get us in the same day. Amy and Lisa were our massage therapists and they did such a great job. I loved the hot rocks and the body stretching that they included. The salon space is also so beautiful and relaxing. My husband and I came here and it was the best massage we’ve gotten in the Austin area. At the beginning, we filled out a chart of spots that were tight, and each of our massages were tailored to us and what we needed. The massage was very professional, respectful, and so relaxing. We got the hot stone massage, and had previously been to a place where they just put the hot stones on our back, but at Oasis, they used the hot stones for the massage and rubbed the stones on our shoulders, back, legs and feet. My husband and I went here for our anniversary and we would highly recommend the couples hot stone massage. 10/10 amazing experience!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a couples spa package and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Stephanie and Karen were our therapists, and they were both exceptional! They are professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what they do. We felt relaxed and well cared for throughout the entire session. My husband and I agreed that we received the best massages we have ever had during our visit!

The facility itself was quite impressive. The hammam calming and incredibly therapeutic. The locker rooms and showers were spotless and stocked with everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail goes into maintaining this spa.

We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a restorative spa experience!

My husband and I have been here a few times over the last few years and we always have a great experience getting the couples Egyptian massage! Great scrub and wrap! Pedicure bit overpriced for the quality. Massage very good but not what was advertised. Overall ambience of spa very high and very clean with wonderful staff.

Absolutely amazing. My husband booked me a spa afternoon for my bday yesterday. Staff was so friendly and the spa and amenities were amazing. Loved the vichy treatment & the steam room. My vichy scrub and massage with Entity and my facial with Sabrina were so wonderful. It was so peaceful and just what I needed

LOVE them. I’m from San Francisco where there is a full day spa and/or bathhouse in every neighborhood. I’ve had the most difficult time in Austin finding something similar where there are amenities as well as services.

I spent 3 1/2 hours here the other day and feel amazing. I did the package with the hydrotherapy, massage, facial, and pedicure. A nail technician was not on that day, so I extended the facial to a full instead of the advertised 30 minutes. Each tech was wonderful.

My only thoughts are that it could use a little warming up in the way of paint or art. It was a little chilly, though I’m sure once it gets hotter outside that will be welcomed. And it would be nice if there were some toiletries in the bathroom for after services (i.e. spray deodorant, Q-tips, body lotion, maybe some mouthwash, tampons, face wash, and some hair gel and anti-frizz). I did not shower, so I’m not sure if they provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. These things would definitely make it on par with other true day spas.

Arrive early to take advantage of their steam room and resting lounge stocked with various teas, hot chocolate, and lemon water.

I didn’t even miss the fact that there wasn’t a jacuzzi because I was able to do the hydro tub. I will definitely be back!

Lydia was great. I felt so relaxed. However, when I was done, I went to leave in my car had been towed. It was not their fault, as the tow truck is supposed to come and check to see if the car is registered at the Spa However, JNJ towing must’ve followed me up or saw me park and didn’t check because when I walked up the stairs and walked in, I was registered in my car information was written down They were so kind to call and get them to bring it back however it took over an hour and the girls stayed there with me. I told him they could leave and I could go downstairs and wait but they were so kind. However, I do recommend first thing put your car down before you register and he will not maybe have this problem It was not a good experience with the car, but the spa experience was amazing. I’ve gone to them for over a decade. I live in Dallas and when I come here, that’s where I go.

Thank you Nikki and Alex, this was a very impressive experience. You’ve thought of everything. Sight, sound, feel, smell, taste. The venue is amazing, right off slaughter lane but as soon as you step in the door you’re transported to another world, a calmer world, a softer world. From the waiting room with the crystal filled tables, to the amazing sink in the bathroom, to the sound of the gong at the end of the session. This experience was everything we could have asked for in a couples massage.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I got my mom the bliss massage package for her birthday since she had never had a massage or spa day before. I added in the notes that she didn’t speak much english and was delighted to see that they had given her someone who spoke fluent spanish when I arrived. My mom said everything was spectacular and her body feels completely relaxed and brand new. She’s been going through a lot and has been so stressed out and tense recently. She’s feeling refreshed after this experience. Annette assisted her and was incredibly lovely. Even the waiting area where I was in was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I was given tea and chocolates as well. I would definitely come back to get a message myself and it’s a wonderful gift for a loved one! Thank you so much for such a relaxing experience.

This place is another world. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. The place is very clean and the ambiance and aroma were very soothing. Rachel and Kylie gave me and my wife incredible massages with Hot Stones and soothing oils and scents. They both paid attention to tight spots and problem areas while still providing total head to toe coverage. Afterwards, we enjoyed tea, wine, and chocolates. My wife and I both agreed that this might have been our best massage experience ever. We will be going back and we will be asking for Rachel and Kylie again!

Such a wonderful couples massage. The therapists were incredible and the whole experience felt unhurried and relaxing. The tea and chocolate at the end were a perfect touch so you’re not catapulted straight back into reality. Honestly, I could have stayed there forever.

Today, my wife and I got to experience the infrared sauna as well as the couples bliss massage package.

To start, the building spaces were absolutely lovely. The exterior is clean and relatively secluded, giving a very peaceful feel when coming and going. The interior spaces are soothingly dim and accompanied by serene sound tracks. Every room we were in was very clean and well maintained while also exuding a calming feel.

The sauna was very nice. It was perfectly sized for two people comfortably. The option to choose from quiet or listening to our choice of music or podcast was fantastic. And we enjoyed a nice sweat. The provided towls, coverings, and water were of great quality and were very much enjoyed.

The best part, by far, though, was the couples bliss massage. We got to work with Cherie and Alex, who were both exceedingly kind and informative before we started. They asked our preferences for pressure, locations to focus on, scents for the aroma therapy, etc. This was our first massage experience, and we both felt very comfortable and had amazing experiences.

All in all, I can not recommend Zen Blend Mind + Body Spa enough. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. If you’re in need of a nice relaxing day, this is the place to come!

One of the best massages of my life. Loved the ambiance. Bed had the finest linens and was beyond comfortable – I didn’t even leave with a forehead line. Cherie was amazing. Definitely coming back for my splurge days.

My wife and I visited Zen Blend for our anniversary, opting for the Infrared Sauna + LUX Couples Massage package for the ultimate relaxation experience. Every step on the path to wellbeing was carved with comfort and care. When we entered the dark, quiet space, we were warmly welcomed by Brian, who patiently explained how to use the sauna safely and correctly. The sauna was a curative experience, leaving us feeling cleansed and purified. (On that note, don’t be concerned about not having access to a shower before your massage. We didn’t feel slimy, sticky, or smelly despite sweating profusely.) After the sauna, we were offered cool towels while being introduced to our incredibly talented masseuses, Amanda and Cherie. They asked thorough questions about our pressure preferences and pain points to ensure our encounter was as therapeutic as possible. We relished all the Blissful Enlightenments, including aromatherapy, warm towels, and hot stones. When our massage was complete, we were escorted to the main room so we could rest and replenish with chocolates and tea. Overall, our entire experience was pure bliss. We were completely satisfied, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review, but here’s my experience.

I arrived five minutes before my scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting room briefly. When the masseuse called me in, she kindly asked if I wanted to use the restroom—I declined—and then she left me to change. I entered the room right at 4:00 PM and was ready by 4:02, but she didn’t return until almost 4:10. The massage ended promptly at 4:47, so I did lose several minutes of massage time.

That said, the massage itself was excellent—very relaxing and professional. My only other critique is the lighting in the room. The bright white lights made it hard to fully unwind. Most top-tier spas I’ve visited use dim, warm lighting to promote relaxation, and that element was definitely missing here.

Given the advertising and signage about being a top day spa in Austin, I had high expectations. While it wasn’t a bad experience at all, it just didn’t meet the level I was hoping for.

I have been going to spa sway since 2017 (I think it was Massage Sway at that time). I have been a member since 2019 and visit for a monthly facial since. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a treat. I’ve done almost every service over the years and do not have any complaints! Service is always prompt, attentive and the place is an oasis.

Got an amazing deep tissue massage! As an avid runner I tend to have pretty sore legs and I left feeling completely rejuvenated! Excellent service and such a luxurious experience!

I have a bad shoulder, so I came here for a deep tissue massage. My shoulder feels better than it has in months. I booked another appointment in 2 weeks, and I can’t wait!

I received a massage from my partner due to lack of mobility in my neck. He asked for someone to give me a deep tissue massage and they scheduled me. The day prior I called to verify that I was going to get a deep tissue massage, and it was confirmed. Then day of I called again to verify that the masseuse was going to provide a deep tissue massage and even asked for a male to ensure the pressure was going to be accurate for a deep tissue massage and explained I needed someone that could provide the correct service because my neck was in a lot of pain, I yet again was told the person I was with would be able to complete the service. I confirmed and explained one more time upon arrival and even added cupping hoping that would help. However upon being taken to my room I learn that my masseuse was in fact an older gentle lady who unfortunately was not able to apply the pressure need, nor was the cupping service completed correctly. Then upon completion I was told the manager was going to call me the next day. She called and left a voicemail, 5 mins prior to leaving for the day to go on vacation (extremely unprofessional), and I was told she was going to call me when she got back, it had now been well over 2 weeks and never heard back. This is the most unprofessional spa I’ve ever been to, and for the price and area I am completely at ah that a company with this level of customer service is able to stay open. I would definitely recommend finding somewhere else to get your spa needs met accurately

The experience did not justify the price at all, truly one of the more disappointing spa visits I’ve had. My sister and I booked the “Ultimate Massage and Facial,” and unfortunately, it was far from ultimate.

As someone who has had plenty of massages, I can say this was among the worst. It was supposed to be a hot stone massage, yet the hot stones were barely used. On top of that, it felt like the masseuse was just learning how to give massages—it was just odd. My sister felt the same way about her massage.

The facial was decent but very basic and unremarkable. That said, I do want to highlight that my aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly kind, which was the one saving grace of the visit.

Overall, it was disappointing to have paid so much for an experience that fell so short of expectations.

This is a decent place, but I tried to book a surprise massage for my wife’s birthday – they didn’t charge the card, then asked her to tip afterward… so it’s impossible to book this as a surprise or present for someone.

They also incessantly confirm. 2 calls, multiple texts… it signals that they may be afraid of losing customers or get a lot of cancelations.

My daughter gave me a 100-minute Ultimate Head Spa gift certificate and it was pure bliss. The scalp, neck, and upper-body massage were heavenly and the warm stones were the perfect finishing touch—the best way to start my vacation.

Mikka was attentive, professional, and caring. She put me completely at ease and made me feel so relaxed I wished I could bottle her up (not in a serial-killer way—more like a genie in a bottle!).

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I had an amazing experience at Daydreaming head spa with Taylor – Booking an appointment was super easy and had great communication on the day of my appointment. After a stressful week, I treated myself to the ultimate head spa experience with Taylor and she was fantastic: not only was she super friendly and professional, she checked in throughout the treatment to see if I was feeling comfortable. I really appreciated her positive vibe! The spa facility was very clean and tidy, the products used were luxurious and the service was well priced. I will definitely be back!

Such a fun and unique experience! I’ve never done anything like it before! I got the Signature Head Spa with the facial add-on, and my hair felt like silk afterward. My skin was super clean and hydrated too.

Taylor was amazing; so sweet and made the whole thing really relaxing. The service and value were spot on, and the location was great. I loved that they blew out my hair at the end, which made it feel extra special.

Definitely something I could see myself doing every few months to reset and relax. Highly recommend!

WOW. I had an amazing time here. I have done massages and facials before but never a head spa treatment and I can say I highly recommend it. I did the 80 minute signature head spa treatment and left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. My esthetician was very kind and made sure everything was just right for me. I knew I held a lot of tension and stress in my jaw and neck but I didn’t realize how tense I was till after I left here feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Daydreaming Salon was such a great experience! They truly went above and beyond to make me feel pampered and relaxed from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is serene and beautifully designed—it really lives up to its name! The staff were kind, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a little escape and top-notch service!

I was there this past weekend and had an almost amazing experience. The workers were very kind and skilled, my scalp felt the cleanest it ever has, and the environment was very relaxing. However, I have very curly Afro textured hair and left with my hair the most tangled and matted it has EVER been. I cannot blame the spa as a whole as I know some textures of hair are more difficult to deal with and they may be unfamiliar with how to handle curly hair, but I wish I would’ve gotten some sort of warning beforehand.

Although the experience was relaxing, I had to come home and detangle my hair for an hour, with some of my curls just ripping out completely from how tangled everything was. I left with a huge mat in the back middle of my head which made the experience less than relaxing. This is an amazing service, but maybe just for people with straight or wavy hair.

Vy did an amazing and thorough job with my head spa! She took her time and I felt so pampered. Would definitely recommend! This was also one of the only places I could find where my sister and I could do it together. 10/10!!
