I started coming here after two friends recommended it, and I’m so glad they did! Kaitlyn has helped me create a simple, effective skincare routine (with products way better than my old Target picks) and her facials are amazing. I’ve since started getting my brows laminated and tinted, plus my lashes done and I love how she always listens to exactly what I want regarding shape and color. Every product she’s recommended has worked perfectly for my skin, and I always leave feeling confident! There points program also is great!

Jackie performed an absolute MIRACLE on my brows! I pull out the hair on my eyebrows, so I went to her for Nanobrows and she is absolutely an artist when it comes to permanent makeup! I used to have to put makeup on my brows daily to look normal and I haven’t had to touch them once since she did them! It’s been 3 months and they still look incredible. I am so so happy with them and can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been wanting to get my brows done forever but have been so hesitant to go anywhere because of how permanent of a decision this is. After a recommendation from a trusted friend and checking out Jackie’s work it’s clear that she has range and is a master at what she does. No matter what style you are going for she can craft something especially for you that’s going to complement your face. My partner and I drove 2 hours for this appointment and it was well worth the drive. Previously I wouldn’t leave my house without penciling in my brows and I haven’t touched a pencil since! Jackie was quick to respond with questions during the healing process. She is the absolute best— well worth the wait and the drive! She was very thorough and spent a long time measuring and mapping to make sure everything would come out as expected, 10/10 check her out if you’ve been considering getting your brows done. Your only regret will be that you didn’t go sooner!

I got the eyebrow powder ombré done by Perla, and I seriously can’t stop staring at them! She gave me the perfect shape with a soft, natural gradient that looks amazing every day—no pencil or makeup needed.

Perla was so professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable through the whole process. She really took her time to make sure everything was just right. Healing was easy, and the results are flawless.

First time at Milano Nail Spa and I can see why it’s so highly rated! Got a white chrome gel pedicure and the whole experience was amazing! They had multiple chrome powders for white which I was asked about, was given complimentary drinks, my tech and the staff checked in with me throughout the service to make sure it was going well and I will definitely be back! That plus they give you 10% off for your birthday with showing your ID!

Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Keep local instead. Updating my review after HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was our second visit to this place for our monthly girls day pedicures. Loved this place and the techs are so friendly I had given them all the stars. Then less than 24 hours after paying about $100 bucks with tip for a pedicure the polish started to fall off. I’m talking within 18 hours my toes looked horrible. We went on Saturday and by Sunday this is what my nails looked like. I contacted them and sent pics only to be told they were going to CHARGE ME to fix their mess up!?! Nope! I’ve never had an issue like this with even cheaper pedicures. Can’t believe a company that’s trying to break into Austin from Houston would have such terrible customer relations. I wasn’t asking for anything other than to be made right and fix my polish. I DID NOT leave before my polish was cured since there was a group of us I was waiting on them. Also it only happened on one foot so my guess is the polish was bad. My group won’t be going back.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it hasn’t been as good as my first visit. My latest acrylic fill is disappointing. Lumpy, uneven nails. Not fully painted on the sides, or scuffed from the last filing. Particles/bubbles in the design making it lumpy and easy to pick off. The service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. Everyone is really nice so this is a bummer.
The design cost is a little inconsistent. The night before I got the same single cherry on one toe and it was 10$, the same design on one finger, was 5$. I wanted the design on 2 fingers (why my thumb is also light pink) but that got lost in translation, miscommunication on my part. I just wanted to get out of there by the end.

I would like to return but I need to find THE tech to see there, I’ve heard great things about a few.

This salon never disappoints! Every nail artist is skilled! I rarely request anyone specific because they’re all that good. The last two times I went, my gel x nails stayed that Ann did for me flawless for almost 5 weeks (I only removed them due to growth, not wear!). The attention to detail is unmatched, and the atmosphere is so relaxing (shoutout to the complimentary drinks as well!). If you want perfect nails and a pampering experience, this is the spot. Highly recommend for a self-care treat! ✨

I had to update my review, since I feel it is important to share. Although my experience was good. I am very disappointed that my pedicure is already peeling. I get a pedicure once a month in Los Angeles and not only does it not peel, I pay a fraction of the price. Last, it’s the first time I get gel nail polish, which I also expected it to last for 3-4 weeks. It’s already peeling. What a shame and surprising.

I went to blonde faith salon and saw Sara. I did not even have to show her inspo pictures and my hair came out better than I could have imagined!! I wanted to go a bit lighter in a maintainable way and that is exactly what she gave me. She is so sweet and amazing at what she does! So happy to have found her to do my hair

Hadlee Gilliland is the best!! So lucky to have found her!! I like to do a lived in natural blonde look because I can’t get to the salon a lot. And she has this mastered and I’m always learning new hair facts from her, she’s very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing!!

Haircuts are fine.
Customer service is not. Front desk was not welcoming. The hairdresser seemed annoyed to have to cut my daughter’s hair and rushed it (she’s 13).
We’ve been there several times hoping we’d have better experiences each time but it’s the same. Not friendly. My daughter got her haircut today and was not comfortable at all. My daughter told me that the lady that was getting a haircut behind her was having a conversation with her stylist about things that shouldn’t have been talked about with a 13 year old in earshot. We won’t be returning.

My overall experience was great! The salon is absolutely beautiful—clean, chic, and welcoming. I was greeted kindly at the front desk and again by my stylist, Katherine. She offered me a beverage as we walked to her chair. They even have a fancy water machine with flavor options, plus coffee and snacks available, which was a nice touch. Katherine took the time to thoroughly listen to my hair goals, asked thoughtful questions, and offered helpful but honest recommendations and tips. I’ll definitely be going back to see her!

This is the best salon I’ve been to since moving here last October. The staff are professional and welcoming. I love my girl Sara! She does a phenomenal job! She is the only person I trust for my hair. I had never colored my hair before and wanted to add some highlights. And let me tell you, Sara delivered. 10/10 recommended!

I just moved to Austin and I got the $30 new client Brazilian with Allie, and SERIOUSLY , FASTEST, SMOOTHEST WAX EVER. Allie was amazing. I was in & out in like 10 minutes. No strays. My skin is usually irritated and sensitive after waxing but I seriously don’t even feel a thing. Wish I could post a picture cause GIRL 1000/10 will be back

I got my second tattoo here and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone was so friendly and polite and the artist was so attentive to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I did a thin, fine line tattoo, and the artist who did mine absolutely nailed it. Would one thousand percent recommend!

Love this place! I’ve only been twice but it’s always good energy, vibes, and nice people. Vikk has done both of my tattoos and I love them. This was the smoothest doctor’s experience I’ve had in a while. I did an online booking the night before (so thankful there was availability the next day due to my medical concern). The next morning I got a text to access their communication portal where I uploaded any required docs and signed any authorization forms easily. When I got to the office, there wasn’t any repeat requests! The office is lovely and staff was kind. The appointment was timely. Dr. Patel was friendly and asked questions before prescribing solutions.

The staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Patel was thorough. I had to have a few suspicious things removed, but it went smoothly. I was in and out in less than an hour. I really like the new office. Lots of room, nice decor, and plenty of parking. Many thanks!

Kenzie is absolutely a glamour witch. She made my almost not existent eyebrows spring to life. It is really crazy how brows do so much for your face and overall look. I wish I had done it sooner. I got my brows done with Kenzie the first time late 2022 and recently went in for a refresh. Not only is she a magician but she’s so sweet, bubbly, cares what you think of your brows and always willing to make adjustments without hesitation! Also, she’s got some pretty banging music taste.

Amazed is an understatement! Andy absolutely KILLED IT from the inspo I gave him (if not did better)! So happy I found this spot. The staff is super sweet and welcoming! Andy was a sweetheart and I appreciated his attention to detail so much. I expected this to take over an hour—they had me in and out in 45min!!! Definitely recommend!

I drive up once a month from New Braunfels because amor is the best! I always come in with crazy design ideas and no matter who does my nails I always come out looking amazing. And they usually can start on me immediately without an appointment. I love that they’ll look at my design and match me with the person who will do it justice but I think I’ve had my nails done by 5-6 people and they all so great! Super friendly place and pedicures never disappoint either with huge massage chairs.

I have been here at least three times so far and each time a different person does my pedicure, but they have all been great. The prices are more affordable here and you get extra massage and they don’t charge as much for things like paraffin wax. I find it to be a great experience and you get more for your money. Other places won’t use the cheese grater but they get your feet super soft here! Recommend!

I always left good reviews for this place, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I don’t recommend it anymore. I paid over $130 and even asked for acrylics so they would last, and they didn’t even last a week. They used to do good work, but now they just do things carelessly. I got a pedicure and the guy didn’t even ask how long I wanted my nails, he left them super short, and these acrylic nails didn’t last even one week.

I used to come here for pedi and manicure but I took a break. I knew I wanted to come back to get my usual short almond nails but the guy that did my nails was already rushing when I got to the desk. He cut the fake nail short how I wanted but then he started shaving it a lot shorter and that it’ll be an oval. I like almond nails skinnier well I kept expressing how I think it’s too short after he was done shaving them down but still continued doing my nails, I tried stopping him before he can put the powder thing on but he kept insisting that he’ll fix it. After he was done I let him know that it’s very short and how my right hand is completely off. I went to the car and saw how messed up they were, I got to the front expressed to the guy up there and he started laughing at my face telling me it was too late, how I should’ve said something and I did, he was rushing and decided oval and I told him I didn’t like it and then he told me I’m wasting there time. I left and decided to call him to tell him how embarrassing that was and he wanted to act dumb and said he didn’t laugh. He told me I can come back the next day to fix it but it’ll be a $10 charge when I literally paid $60 + $6 w tip when I shouldn’t have but I’m not the type to tip. I’m going to call my bank to get a refund, I’m not coming back to this place after the front desk guy laughed at my face and embarrassed me in front of everyone.

I just got my nails done for the first time in MONTHS! Couldn’t find a place I really liked. Amor Nail & Spa is great and I highly recommend. Great customer service and they have my fingernails and toes looking great! Kelly did my design and I love it!!

you need a haircut, go to Dylan Deanda this guy gave me the best fade I’ve ever had. His customer service is top-tier, and his skills are insane. More people need to know about him! I’m telling you, whatever style you want, he’ll nail it his hands are pure magic.

Walked in with the assumption of good service given the reviews. Just received one of the worst haircuts I could imagine from a guy who spoke practically no English, refused to wear a barbers vest and used no alcohol. Asked for a slight trim with no more than 2 centimeters taken off the side and left the chair with a Dominican Mohawk. Refuse to go back

He’s not just a barber, he’s a true artist with the clippers. Harry’s cut for some of the most elite clients out there—Wall Street and New York executives, Chicago power players, star athletes from the Houston Astros, and big names in the music world. His work speaks for itself, but what really sets him apart is who he is as a person.

Harry treats you like family. He’ll go out of his way to make sure you walk out feeling your absolute best. When I lived in Texas and later moved to Denver, I would literally fly back just to get a cut from him—that’s how serious it was. I don’t have hair anymore, but back when I did, no one else was touching it but Harry.

Even when I was broke, Harry still came through for me. He worked with me, made time, and never made me feel less than. Loyalty like that is rare. If you’ve got hair, trust me—get in his chair. You’ll never want another barber again.

The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the manager did the right thing when my wife called and had her bring him in for someone else to fix it. He doesn’t love it, but at least he no longer looks like he should be sagging and sporting a neck tattoo

I’ve been going to Robert for haircuts for years. He nails my cut everytime. I’ve got a longer beard as well and always trust him to trim it exactly how I ask and get my lines nice and clean. You won’t find a better barber. A few times I’ve had to get a cut in a hurry and couldn’t book Robert, and booked a few other barbers at south austin barber shop. They all gave great cuts as well. Good shop all around!

I’ve been a loyal Viva customer since 2014, starting at the Lamar location and moving to the Domain when it opened. Several of my favorite nail technicians moved here too, so I’ve been seeing the same friendly, talented team for years. They truly feel like family.

I visit every six weeks for a facial and pedicure, and my skin is always glowing when I leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and professional. One thing I really value about Viva is that the technicians always make me feel comfortable and included—they speak in English, so I never have that awkward feeling of wondering if a conversation is about me.

I went to Viva Spa looking for a quick, decent massage to help with some pain. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations—mainly because it’s located at the Domain—but they completely exceeded them. From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, and I loved how spacious it was. They even guide you through different relaxation areas until it’s time for your appointment, which made the whole experience feel more elevated.
McKenzie did my massage, and you can tell right away she’s experienced. As I explained where I was feeling pain, she listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to understand what I needed. During the session, she found exactly the right spots, and I kept thinking—wow, she’s so good. She’s not only skilled but also knowledgeable, even giving me tips for pain management beyond the massage.
I left feeling better than I expected and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Viva Spa, especially with McKenzie!

Okay, this was THE BEST spa experience/ service/ treatment provider I have ever experienced- by far! If you are ever super stressed out, just book this service with Carrie! It is WELL worth the money. I have been going to spas with my mom since I was little and I’m in my 30s now. We have traveled to Cannon Beach and had services at Spa Stephanie, Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe, we regularly went to Hiatus off of 5th St when it was new, we have spent days at the Lake Austin Spa, Spa Reveil, etc. You know how when you’re getting a facial or a massage and the person doing it- you can hear them sigh as if they don’t want to be there then you feel weird and don’t want to be there either because you know they don’t want to be there? I wasn’t even thinking about things like that, I was SO relaxed. I loved all of the little special aspects of this service like the hot towels on my feet, the scalp massage that lasted forever, in the best way, the hot towel rolled up under my neck, the scent of the package, the little gift you get afterward! Carrie was very receptive to my pressure preference which I’m sure most massage therapists don’t agree with, which is very light, but she listened to what I wanted to a T and did such a good job. She has skills. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again any time I’m stressed out AND I’m excited to try this package during Christmas to see what scents will be used!

Nichole is absolutely magnificent. 10/10 recommended anything with her I’ve had a lot of facials and used to be licensed in cosmetology so believe me when I say she is wonderful! But even if she wasn’t amazing at her work she is the best warmest person to be around which is worth your time in itself. I got the fire and ice facial which was very nice I will get that again next time for sure.

I got lip filler done for the first time by Jordyn, and I highly recommend her! I was super nervous never having any cosmetic procedure done before, but Jordyn made me feel comfortable right away. She was patient, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and honest during the consultation process. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I’ve been getting consistently amazing facials with Aleyna at the Viva Domain location for more than a year now. Aleyna is an experienced skin care professional who knows what she’s doing. She always has wonderful recommendations for treatments and products with low, mid, and higher priced suggestions. She’s also a really sweet person and easy to talk to, but is fine with not talking during the facial if I just want to relax. Facials with Aleyna are one of my favorite things, so relaxing and great for my skin! The front desk staff at Viva is also top notch, friendly and welcoming with great customer service.
