Professor Pedro and his team run both a fantastic kids and adult program. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the school. He is great with the kids and is very patient. The adult program has a great format and instructional sequencing. The students are also great; kind and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to anyone. I have been involved with BJJ off and on since 2005 and I would say this is one of the best schools around.

I recently joined Mineiro Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and had my first official class after attending a free trial session last Friday. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The environment is warm and friendly, and it truly feels like a family oriented place. Professor Mineiro and Professor Liz are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Even though it was my first day back to Jiu-Jitsu after a long break, I felt right at home. The class was well-structured for beginners, and I could already feel a connection to what I had learned in the past. Everyone at the school, including my training partner from today was so welcoming and helpful. I’m really excited to continue practicing and developing my skills here. I highly recommend Mineiro Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking for a great place to learn Jiu-Jitsu!

I have been looking for a BJJ school near me for my self and my 3 year old son. Was recommend Gracie Barra Lake Nona by a friend and was highly impressed by the training and care provided by Adrian and his wife when instructing my son. They made us feel part of the family even if it was just a trial class, so we decided to sign up the same day.

I’d never taken a BJJ class before and signed up for a free trial class. Coach Caue was extremely helpful, clear, and walked me through the basics. Even in just an hour, I felt that I’d learned some great skills to feel safer, and more empowered. I will be giving BJJ a try!

Waza Project was awesome. From the moment I stepped into this place I felt welcomed. The coaches were professional and helpful, and in my one hour class, I felt like I learned a ton. I am definitely coming back and looking forward to more classes.

Awesome academy! Visited the dojo on a trip to MIAMI and I really liked it. The professor and all the guys are very welcoming. 100% recommend
