We had decided it was time to downsize. We had lived in our three-level house for 27 years and our knees were grumbling about the stairs. We lived in Davenport Ranch (78746).
We looked for a sales agent who could:

After interviewing several agents, we shook hands with Scott Joffee. Now that the transaction has closed – we are thrilled we worked with him.
Scott delivered on each point we were looking for – AND MORE. His pricing analysis was excellent and we sold for full list price after only one adjustment. Scott was an active participant in staging, securing contractors for repairs, and simplifying closing.
Scott was always available. We took a long-scheduled trip to China after the house came on the market and Scott worked well with our house sitter to show the house.
Scott arranged for a stunning marketing brochure with fabulous photographs.
When our first offer was rescinded in the option period, Scott helped us recover. When we got anxious and wondered about lowering the price, Scott provided wise counsel about why the house was fairly priced.

Our tour guide Ike was incredible!!!! He was super funny, told dad jokes, very informative, and super friendly. Me and my family wanted to see a lot of things in Austin and he took the time to make sure we saw what we wanted to see. In fact we went over our tour time by 15 minutes so we got to see a lot of the things we wanted too. He also treated us to cookies! My friends and I went on the Urban Wine Tasting experience and ended up being the only 3 on the tour which was a fun surprise! We took the Real Austin Tour with Ike as our guide. We instantly hit it off with Ike. Our demented sense of humor made the tour extremely enjoyable. Ike is very knowledgeable the history, music scene and was able to answer our questions. I named a couple of obscure bands and he knew them.
This tour was a great introduction to Austin. We definitely found more things to do in Austin than we knew about, so maybe allow yourself some extra time for those hidden gems. We especially liked learning about some of the murals. This also does a stop at the Capitol a very interesting piece of the heavy front door (not spoiling what it is) Take this tour to find out!.
We highly recommend this tour. Ike was so personable we plan on keeping in touch.

On April 28th my wife and I were lucky enough to take the Half-day Hill Country Wine Tour with Keltie. Awesome doesn’t say enough about what a great driver, narrator and guide she was. She was funny and informative. She kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed and gave us fantastic suggestions. She was our photographer and on the trip back to Austin, our disc jockey. I can’t imagine anyone being as skilled as her in her role. We came as strangers and we honestly felt we left as friends. What a great day we had and it was mostly due to Keltie.

We had a very positive and productive experience with Alicia. We contacted her in advance, explained our needs, property configuration, price and general areas of interest. Together, we monitored available houses until we were able to travel to Austin. At that time, we had a short list of eight properties that we visited in the afternoon of travel day one and the morning of travel day two. Our visiting together of the properties helped further clarify our interests. By lunch time of travel day two, we sat down for lunch, reviewed our prospects, decided on one and agreed the terms of our offer that, was ultimately accepted. Three weeks later we closed remotely on the property having had a robust inspection. I was going to sell my property using this co. and using Rachel Van Doveren, as my sales person as she spent lots of time trying to convince me she was different than a lot of the incompetent, dishonest and lazy people I have encountered through the years in this business. I thought finally I had a good one although she doesn’t have a clue as how to price a property and like most others wants you to sell low so they can get that quick commission and move on.
So, as usual they want lots of money for very little work. They also want you to give them leads etc. etc. etc. money ,money , money it never ends! Anyway, she was either too lazy or too incompetent to proofread her own contract .
After we got all the kinks ironed out I was looking it over preparing to sign and the very first thing I saw stuck out like a sore thumb….. there are 2 houses 2 storage, and a well house on the property that I am selling and she only had one house listed on the contract.
That right there is a huge problem in my opinion. She won’t even apologize or give a reason. Apparently it’s no big deal to her. All she is worried about is that huge commission….. which she will never see! Way too many people in this industry who have no buisness being in it in my opinion.
Wow! In reference to your reply what a crock! Rachel not only discussed this I don’t know how many times but also went to the property twice. Including Sunday morning when she sent me a video clearly detailing both homes.
It is also clear on the tax roll that there are 2 homes +on the property. When I told her I found a mistake on the contract she acted like it was a common thing and didn’t even want to look. She asked me to tell her what’s wrong. Looks like you’re trying to be the bully now fellow. I will not tolerate dishonesty and bullying in any form or from anyone and you might have over 1000 good reviews but you have plenty of bad ones too! . Next time why don’t both of you accept responsibility for your mistakes instead of trying to act like it’s not. Of course I don’t know why I would expect y’all to do that. If you want to see the video she sent me yesterday detailing BOTH HOMES give me your email and I’ll send it to you.
