Zach & Todd installed our new Tesla Charger & also a whole house surge protector in under 2 hours today! They were professional, friendly, swept up after themselves, & knew their stuff. They ran wiring through the attic so everything was cleanly installed. They did an amazing job for us & we are very grateful. Zach explained everything he installed so we understood it - very helpful. He even helped us with the Tesla app to add the charger to it. The price was fair for all the work they did too. I will highly recommend Grayzer to all my friends!

I had an amazing experience with Grayzer Electric when getting my Tesla Wall Connector installed. Their entire quote process was online, which made things super easy. After I uploaded all the required info, I got a quote really quickly. Once I agreed, they sent over a contract for me to sign, and they were incredibly patient in explaining every step of the process. After signing, they gave me a call to schedule the appointment. On the day of installation, they provided an arrival window between 8 and 10 in the morning and even gave me a heads-up an hour before, letting me know they’d arrive at 8:30. Right on time, they showed up at 8:30 sharp. The installation team was fast, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly, and even cleaned up the drilling dust by vacuuming the area afterward. They helped me set up the app, made sure the charger was working perfectly, and walked me through the warranty process. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Grayzer was excellent to work with for my Tesla wall connector installation. They provided a thorough and detailed quote and responded very quickly. Their pricing was also very fair. Zack and Todd are awesome. They showed up on time and walked me through the install. They estimated 1.5 hours and were spot on. They even went above and beyond and notified me of a minor issue from a less-than-perfect job that some previous electricians did and took care of it. Love to see that attention to detail and someone who appreciates good quality work. They even cleaned up after some minor drywall work and left the place spotless. Afterwards Zack walked me through the finished install and helped me get set up with the app. I'm really happy to have worked with these guys. I recently had the pleasure of working with Max from Grayzer Electric, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Since the work was charged by the hour, Max worked intensively and efficiently throughout the entire job. What impressed me most was not only his technical skill but also his thoughtful advice on the issues he identified. I asked many questions to better understand my home’s electrical system, and Max was a wonderful instructor — extremely patient and able to explain complex electrical topics in simple, easy-to-understand language for someone without technical knowledge. He also went above and beyond to meet my requests. Despite the extreme heat, Max climbed into the attic twice to check wiring connections — even when it was my oversight that required the second trip. We are very pleased with the 6 recessed ceiling lights that Max installed in our family room. His measurements were precise, he kept furniture & floor spotless, and he fitted the lights without any gaps or marks. Max also thoughtfully answered my questions regarding wiring and operation of the LEDs.
