I had a fantastic experience with Jason from Rooter-Man Plumbing company. They were prompt, even showing up earlier than expected. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting the job. He expertly fixed my tub shower handle and spout without any unnecessary fuss. He was professional, courteous, and left the area clean. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the level of customer service! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We had a major slab plumbing issue that required over 50 feet of tunneling under our home, and RooterMan handled it from start to finish with professionalism, skill, and a surprising amount of patience. Brett was our main point of contact—clear, honest, and responsive throughout the process. When unexpected complications came up (and there were a few), he helped us navigate them without panic or pressure. Chris did a lot, if not most, of the plumbing work and was fantastic—steady, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. His apprentice, Matthew, worked hard every day and kept a great attitude the entire time. Collen, who oversees the work, made sure everything was done to standard and showed up to check in and make sure we were taken care of. These guys really care about doing things right, and it shows. It was a huge job, but they made it manageable. I highly recommend RooterMan if you want a team that knows their stuff and takes care of their customers.

Eddie did a fantastic job! Installed brand new bibs in the front and back yards. I really appreciate his help. I will definitely be calling him if I have any other plumbing needs. 5 stars for sure!!!!

Very good experience with Eddie from Rooter-Man. There were several issues with a leak on the water heater inlet, the replacement of the Owner's cutoff valve and more. Eddie is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and experienced, and could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each option, and we agreed on what to implement, and then he did so in a timely and very professional manner. Great job, I will be calling Eddie anytime I need a plumber in the future - HIGHLY recommend.

Collen is a true professional. Once he knew my garage had standing water, he came out to my house on a Sunday to diagnose my water heater issue. He had great communication from the get-go, and made the process extremely easy. Not only did he do a great job on the install of the new unit, he also expertly fixed the water damage that were caused by the leakage. I am so appreciative of the attention to detail and the phenomenal work! I highly recommend Rooter-Man and Collen.

Great experience with Rooter-Man, as always! Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, and after waiting for the part to be delivered, Eddie came on his day off over Memorial weekend to get it installed. He completed the job quickly and made sure we were happy with the work!

Alan did a great job! I had several issues with clogged pipes, tree roots and location of the septic tank. He kept me informed throughout the process, very knowledgeable. Alan identified the problems and he and his helper wasted no time resolving them.
