Best thrift stores in Austin: find options near you

This ISN’T your regular Goodwill—one of the “regulars” explained to me it’s like a SUPER store where items are acquired from the smaller stores and sold by the pound(s). Some aren’t glad more individuals have found this place but the store ecosystem seems to run smoothly regardless. As some others have mentioned they do have a cart issue. The “regulars” sit along the side walls hoarding shopping carts or furniture made for sales. As they aggressively rummage through the bins they throw items hence breaking glass, plates or storage items (sterile drawers, hangers, etc.) I would HIGHLY suggest wearing gloves as some items get wet from gels/drinks or unknown materials. I love the glass deal they have as I’m furnishing some dishes on a “love project”. Also, heard from one of the workers (he was talking to some of the upper management I presume) that they get a lot of request for different organizations/companies about supplying ceramics/dishes/bigger appliances for their rage rooms. On the 2 occasions I’ve been here all the workers are polite. Don’t know the cashier name but she’s a short dark skin woman wears glasses—even with the chaos of regulars and some hasty newbies she worn a smile and assisted all gracefully. Some customers are pushy as they go for their “deal” so be cognizant this isn’t for the hesitant/timid!

People complaining about the bins being “dirty” or not having carts need to prepare better for a visit here. Bring gloves and a foldable wagon or shopping cart from home. There is no filming people at this location so don’t expect to broadcast this on social media or whatever. The only thing that would be nice is glassware separated out a little better but I understand this location does not have the floor space for rows of shelves. The staff are aggressive but in my opinion it is needed to keep order. Cashiers have only ever been nice in my experience.

An okay haul but these bins were a little ridiculous.

Although super cheap by the pound, the place was overrun with people and workers constantly yelling and fighting with people. Kids stumbling around the place. Not to mention the whole place stunk.

I will clearly say I feel as though they purposely try to rip you off when you try to check out with them. I had a huge plant that obviously weighed quite a bit and should’ve been charged as a large item, but the lady at the checkout acted like she didn’t speak English. That’s happened to me twice already where I tried to ask about the charge and they act like they don’t understand what I’m saying. I think either they are faking. They don’t understand English or the company needs to hire both English speaking in Spanish speaking employees. It’s very insulting that they try to rip you off if they think you can afford it. I also can’t stand how disgusting and dirty. They keep the bins and how they allow children to run around freely when there’s broken glass everywhere. Do better Goodwill! I hope the next time I go back, I don’t have this issue or I will report it this time around.

Great place for treasure hunting. If you’re not experienced at Goodwill Outlets…. then do research on other reviews, ask friends, or get an employee to guide you through. You don’t want to get in the way of the land rush when they bring out new bins. Wear gloves and be careful. That said, there’s some treasures here for a very low price (priced by weight). Great people watching. Huge amount of clothes, lots of books.

It looks like basket hoarding has been an issue for quite some time now. What has been done to remedy this problem? Are there more baskets available? Have limits been set for the number of baskets an individual can have in their possession? I’d love to visit the outlet and I actually need a basket to lean on because of chronic back & nerve pain down both legs. Are there any motorized carts available?

Prices are too high for a business that states they offer no refunds and no exchanges. There are also no fitting rooms. Had $300 worth of clothes I was going to try on and literally just left it all. Insane policies imo. Only reason it’s not 1 star is because they do have a good selection likely only because you can’t even try on anything.

I enjoy shopping here and always find great deals! The store is well-organized by size, and the employees are always helpful and friendly.

That said, I do wish they had shopping carts with baby seats — it would make things much easier for parents. I also wish there were more mirrors in the aisles, since there’s no dressing room offered here and I often have to wait for someone else to finish using a mirror. As well as pricing some of the clothes “SHEIN” in particular we all know that’s fast fashion and it’s cheapest material but how can you justifying pricing SHEIN brands for $10 for a crop top?

it’s a great thrift store with lots of good finds — just need to have more improvements would make the shopping experience even more pleasant.

This place has it all! They have a very large selection of clothes. So much to choose from. Highly recommend for a one-of-a-kind thrifting experience! Thanks for the memories, God bless!

A good store turned the worst in town. Literally putting retail prices on used items donated for free. I go thrifting everyday in Austin. Don’t waste your time!

This place is huge! Lots of clothes and shoes, less home decor. I went looking for home decor and left with shoes. Prices are a little lower than Goodwill, and it seems like they have regular %-off sales. I will be going back, definitely.

This location is large and very well stocked as items were still coming off carts while shopping on the store. The prices are reasonable, and if you’re able to catch a sale even better.

Sad that the old location moved out of our neighborhood, but this new location is huge and spacious with a ton of parking and lots of self check out stations. I was able to get a cheap baseball glove that I’m pretty excited about because a new one is crazy expensive. I can play catch with my kid now that he’s developing a strong throwing arm.

Workers were nice but when I went into the dressing room I could see the cameras outside the dressing room on the ceiling. They were covered by tinted glass, so I’m assuming they were the 360 degree cameras. It was a violation of my privacy and I will NOT be returning.

This is one of the most spacious goodwills I have been in. It has plenty of space between aisles, it’s clean, and the items are nice. There aren’t as many items as I’ve seen in other locations, but the quality makes up for it for sure

Great selection of men’s shirts and I found some adorable dresses for my girls. The staff was super helpful and the store was very clean.

More clothing and shoes at this location than I’ve seen at majority of the Goodwill locations in Austin, it’s one of my top favorite Goodwills for sure ! Most impressed by the amount of shoes they had and the brands they had were surprisingly fantastic!! Still have higher end name brands reasonably priced here !

This Good will is ok. Just because it’s Good will that doesn’t mean you are not going to spend money here. Could still be pricey, look for the sales still.

Best Goodwill I’ve ever been to. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I didn’t take a look at the names of the two staff on the registers but they were working around 2:30pm yesterday and I must say they are a credit to your company. It’s nice to go into a business and feel super welcomed and just have a nice conversation while waiting in line or getting checked out. Also everything I bought was super cheap. Loved it! Fitted my dog perfectly.

Recent review: They changed locations to up the street where Savers use to be, now they have even higher prices and the auction items go for retail price. They have also added more employees which is good but there is this one seriously rude guy who pulls this blue bin back and forth constantly. He made it a point to shove his way through my little girl and I when we were at the checkout line closest to the door just so he could push 4 shopping carts together but didn’t even put them inside the rack area ??? then when he came back he shoved his way through my husband and I instead of just walking around us again. This time I told him to go around next time and not be rude, he started screaming at me telling me to get over myself. This guy is nuts to walk through people only a foot apart from each other instead of just walking around, we were at the checkout line checking out we were not in the middle of the aisle or anything.
Old review: Great place to shop, everyone is nice and helpful… would give 5 stars if Goodwill would update the womens bathroom for this store and it was kept clean.

This store has a lot of furniture and clothes. The pricing was wildly all over the place with no real rhythm or reason. I actually found a pair of tower shelves that were placed in different locations. One was priced at $399 and the other was $799. There were also 4 dining room chairs that each were priced at 934 I believe. I assume it was for the entire set but almost $1000 for 4 dining chairs seems like a lot. I happened to get items that were home goods and randomly none of them had price tags. Luckily for me they were under $10 each.

I was trying to donate a futon to this specific location. We gave them multiple calls, trying to get some type of confirmation that they were going to come and pick it up. We never received a callback until 30 minutes before they were here. Me and my roommate dragged it out of our apartment only for the two pick up men to break it. They did not offer to dump it for me even after they broke it.

I was clearly pissed and one of the men kept trying to joke with me. Then then asked me if I had any guys around here to help me, and I straight up said “I will figure it out later. I’m on the clock right now.” Useless men, terrible experience. I wish we didn’t even call them in the first place. I’ve never had a problem with the staff in store. I will not waste my time donating anything else or shopping from them.

Update: The manager from this location got invovled and is going to help us remove it now that it’s broken. I’ll change my original rating of one star to two stars. They won’t be able to come till tomorrow morning but I still appreciate that they’re trying to right this wrong.

This used to be a really good place to bargain shop.
The prices of items have gone way up while the quality has gone down.
I used to go weekly.
I still keep going in every now and then just to check.
I find cheaper items at other locations where they sell new items.
Sad to see.

I was dropping off a donation. Quick and easy. I’ve been inside many times; good collection of used items including furniture, clothes, household goods, toys, etc. They have sale days.

I’ve been a fan of salvation army for as long as I can remember. This week I went to drop off clothing and furniture as I’ve done many times in the past, and it was all accepted. I had a couch that I couldn’t fit in my truck and so I brought it back on its own. It was 7:30 in the morning so I went to unload it myself, and what I’m assuming is the manager pulled up to tell me not to unload it that it was trash and they couldn’t sell it. When I told him I didn’t understand what he was talking about, because I’ve been in their store and they have furniture, he proceeded to tell me that it was junk and to keep it in my truck. He pointed out it didn’t have cushions, so I pointed out to him that it did have cushions that were tucked away because they would have flown away in the truck. He said fine unload it got in his car and drove around. It would have been nice had he not been so self-righteous in his presumption of me throwing away trash. I’m assuming they get stuff like that all the time, and I understand why he would be leery of furniture. Once I pointed out I had everything it needed for them to resell it, he should have at least offered an apology for jumping to conclusions. I guess it shows that even good places that have decent causes attached to them Can still have people who feel like they’re better than everyone else. The staff in the store has always been great, and I have found most people there to be nice. I wish it wasn’t lead by that guy. Attached you will find a picture of the couch. It’s dated but still very usable.

One of the best stores I have shopped. Very clean, friendly staff, merchandise looked great. Extensive selection of furniture!

Waste of time if you want to make a donation. The bins are full and there’s no one there to actually unload anything from your car. I hate donating to Goodwill, but I wasted 40 minutes of time trying to donate to the Salvation Army.

I would highly recommend! Awesome and friendly staff every time I go! They always give me good deals. And when selling clothes they give me fair money for them. It’s always nice going there because of the staff being so nice. Thank you to the staff and Buffalo exchange!

I have very nice items with name brands, leather boots & leather purses etc.. everything is in good shape. this place is very insulting wanting to only give 25% of cash or I believe half store credit. also, you have kids in there making the decisions for the items are older than them!!! we are cleaning out our closet we don’t need junk to take home with us. we should have the option to do both without getting ripped off!!!!!!!!!!! unbelievable. I will never go back. The prices are very high too. I took a jean skirt they rejected it about 6mo. later I decided to take a lot of other stuff along with the same skirt they wanted that item then. I had a lot of really nice vintage items in really good shape they only wanted to give me maybe $3 for, I had a pair of really nice women’s cowboy boots they offered me $82 or $24 store credit. unbelievable!!!!!

This place sucks. Lot of the clothing they’re selling is from brands no one has ever heard of. A lot of the stuff has stains on it. The entire store smells terrible. The staff are super unfriendly. I brought about 150 pounds worth of clothing to sell and was willing to take five cents for some of the articles. And the staff that evaluates your clothing makes fun of it in front of your face. I walked out of there, and they took two items. A lot of the stuff I was trying to sell was brand new with tags still on it from clothing brands that you’ve heard of like Abercrombie and Fitch, and Aritzia, and Zara. I’m not sure who at that company has taste, but it’s clearly not the people buying your clothing.

Beware of setting your personal items down in the store. An employee (He is a tall bigger man with short curly hair) took my wallet from the counter i placed it on and then proceeded to steal $200 cash from it. There is absolutely no way it could’ve fallen out because of my wallets design. Luckily i noticed it missing and confronted him. Manager didn’t seem to care much. Just be careful, i’m sure it’s not his first time. Disgusting.

Much better than pavement items and whatever other one across the street is. My only observation was quantity of larger sizes like xl and shoes in 11 compared to small or medium.

Came in on a whim, while visiting from out of town. I purchased 3 pre loved items. The linen dress I found is beautiful but upon further inspection is covered in stains under arms! I was in a rush to make some purchases but I should be able to trust the buyers of this store are inspecting goods and I’m buying things of value free from stains

The price is pretty high for the type of clothes they sell. I found some brand new levi’s shorts, tag were still on them, and they were $26. Their place is much better than the ones around the area though.

This Goodwill store used to be a lot nicer than it is now. Now it’s kind of rundown and everything looks like it’s been thrown blindly on the shelves with no order or plan. Nowadays, the Austin pets alive thrift is my go to store for both shopping and donating, because it’s nicer, and The money goes to the no kill shelters which I feel strongly about. But Goodwill is also a good organization, I just wish they kept the store up better. If they did, they might get better donations of higher quality merchandise. And as some people have pointed out, the staff here are often sort of unhelpful, let’s just say.

Extremely well organized, especially given how much clothing and foot traffic there is. Nothing on the ground, and racks are tidy. I wish the sections had bigger, clearer signs.

A lot of fast fashion (SHEIN, Old Navy), but also pieces from Aritzia and Outdoor Voices.

I overheard a father tell his two young kids that he found the wedding shoes he was going to wear. They did look nice and it was a sweet moment.

The home goods area had a bit of everything for every section of a home, including some useful items in great condition (like a salad spinner I would’ve grabbed if I needed one). Kinda weird to see actual photos in some frames. Some stuff like metal pails had hand written sentimental messages on them as if written by a child to a parent as a gift…cute but probably no one will buy this.

Saw a steady stream of donations coming in outside to the left of the store, and even noticed a cool vintage typewriter not yet on the sales floor.

A bit hard for me to rate 3 or 4 stars, but l’ll round up for its cleanliness, wide aisles, and organization. Plus, it’s next to a huge used bookstore.

The store itself is nice but the bathrooms are disgusting and there is no changing station which is required by Texas law and clearly you can see that they have enough room for it on the wall hopefully they will fix that .

I like the size and organization of this Goodwill. However, when I went into the dressing room to help my friend try on clothing, the employee was peeking under doors yelling that only one person could be in at the time. I’m fine with the rule, but it wasn’t posted anywhere, and they employee yelled at me multiple times about it, then yelled across the room to another employee that I had left the dressing room. Again, I don’t care that it’s a rule, it was just that it wasn’t posted and then I got yelled at that was a frustrating experience.

People here was so rude angry what a orrible bad attitude by this employee’s for sure I’ll never coming back again but the only good thing is the cashier just him great guy great attitude

It’s kind of a mess, but always admirably organized for so large a store with so small a staff. Overall pretty good selection of stuff. Friendly employees with good customer service. It’s worth stopping by and perusing. Remember to wash clothes you purchase before wearing them.

Why have 4 dressing rooms and only utilize 2 in the middle of a Saturday? Always. The number of people I’ve seen get so frustrated waiting that they dump their clothes and leave the store suggests that this practice is costing you money.

Thrift Town is a big thrift store that is great to its customers. The huge selection of clothing, kids toys, housewares, and electronics is enormous. The store is very clean and organized so that you can find the types of things that you need without searching through a bunch of stuff.

South Austin has many great thrift stores for cost conscious consumers that want to save money and not waste.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. I have shopped here many years. They did a refurbish overhaul last year. It has ruined what was a great place w/ quality goods thrift store. What they have now is grossly overpriced and looks like most of it should be used for rags. The majority of stock is either so worn, or out of style, or marked above actual retail prices. This is not run by a non-profit. This is family owned for profit enterprise. Keep that in mind, it all goes to support the owners. If you didn’t think shoppers noticed what you did, we have! Shoppers notice all of the reviews with 5 stars were written years ago! I’d love to give a negative rating because clearly you’ve placed profits above any real consideration for the shoppers who have been with you for years.

Thrift Town used to be my favorite thrift store, but unfortunately I think I’ve made my last visit. This place used to be so well organized by style, size, color – it made it so easy to look through. I actually spent more time and money because it was an easy and enjoyable experience. Now the racks are barely organized, have no labels, and are so packed full you can’t even sort through them (not the mention the increase in poor quality and way outdated clothing). The new layout is also extremely disjointed, making it that much more overwhelming and frustrating to shop here.

And as others have mentioned, the new “vintage” section is laughable. Not only are the items way overpriced but they have separate color tags that don’t seem to be part of the weekly color deals.

Sad to see that this place has absolutely lost all of its charm. Instead of playing into all the great things that set them apart, they replaced them with disorganization and higher prices. It now looks and feels like they are just waiting for Goodwill to buy them out. A great example that updates are not always upgrades.

everything else was fine besides the fact that when i went in with it already being hot outside expecting for there to be AT LEAST some sort of AC, it is absolutely hot in this place. it was hard to enjoy shopping around when all i wanted to do was hurry and get out. im sure everyone else plus the employees who work all day here i bet would appreciate some AC as well.

Store was clean, tons of options, everything’s very organized. Staff was kind and helpful. Think goodwill vibes.

used to be one of my very favorites, but after the refurbish last year i don’t think i’ve found anything good there since. prices are insane for how bad the selection is. taking this one out of my rotation unfortunately

Deceptive pricing. Every time i think i got something on discount, they make up an excuse. Fine. But why is the red mark say pink on it? Its obviously red and looks like the right tag. The lady that checked me out also said a lot of customers get confused by that. I would assume its a big problem if that many people are confused. Such a cheap and unfair tactic. People come here to save money not get ripped off.

Don Juan the manager is AMAZING!!!!! He is great !!! Very attentive and happy and takes care of all the customers. When there was a long line he finished helping load furniture in the back of a truck outside he came in and started getting the line down. He’s happy and friendly. We will definitely return and tell everyone about how awesome it is. Thanks Don Juan. My mom and I will be back.

I am so blessed for the Store and the awesome people who work there. The sales are awesome and it’s something I look forward to every week. I am new in town, I came here about a month ago with no home or furniture . Now I have my own little apartment and it’s getting furnished with the affordable priced furniture here. Juan and Erick have been such great help with their excellent customer service and attention to our needs. They even gave me help loading my purchased furniture. Thank you Salvation Army

John and Eric at the 8510 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78758 store location are top notch employees of the highest caliber. You could not ask for better service, professionalism and dedication for their customers than these 2 gentlemen. They treat customers with kindness and respect regardless of the situation. Many times I have witnessed them at their busiest yet to them that is no different than when they are slower. To them the customers come first. That is commendable. The Salvation Army Family Store is lucky to have them as trusted employees. You both rock!

The store manager, Juan, treated us wonderfully. We are very satisfied with his patience and the care he gave my wife and me in helping us choose the best furniture for our home. It was of the highest quality, and we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for everything.

I’ve only been to this Salvation Army twice, and I was shocked by how much things changed in such a short time. The first time, prices were reasonable and it felt like a true thrift store. But on my second visit, the furniture was priced at $199–$200 — for used items that were donated for free!

The floor is overcrowded with overpriced furniture, and it really made me wonder if they got new management. It’s hard to believe this is the same store I visited just a month ago. If this continues, I can see why even loyal shoppers might stop coming back.

I ended up finding the same quality furniture at Goodwill for just $14.99. It’s honestly disappointing to see prices so high here, especially when the items just sit on the floor taking up space. As someone who ran a Habitat for Humanity store for years, I know how important it is to keep things moving. You make more money by keeping prices fair and turning over inventory, not by letting it sit. You might want to consider checking out what your competitors are charging — because right now, loyal customers are walking out the door.

By far, the atmosphere is just different! You walk in and you are greeted with a smile, and Jesse (Lord, I hope that’s right), is absolutely the most down to earth, friendly person. The entire staff shares the same spirit. These people, helped me make my new apartment a home. Thank you!

I went to this Salvation Army location this morning for the first time. I came in about 30 minutes after they opened. The service was awesome and very friendly! I believe it was the manager I spoke with, he was very helpful and enthusiastic. I wish I could go to the location more often if I could, but it’s half an hour away from me, but it looks like it’s worth the trip! Very happy with my first visit.

The staff at the pantry are not nice. They are gruff and condescending.Therefore I never go there. I only visit the store. The young woman I encountered today put a black cloud over the usual pleasant experience I have at the store. I had noticed several times before a delivery truck illegally parked in a Handicapped spot. Once before I have been blocked in the same way and had to crawl into the passenger side. Today several spots in front of the store were blocked by furniture but I was able to get the last Handicapped spot but I was made to move because they needed to illegally park their prescious truck!

A few years back, I used to be able to buy multiple outfits for only $20. Today was my first time visiting since 2020.. unfortunately, like other thrift stores- greed got the best of them. There’s been a DRASTIC increase in prices. It almost seems like they’re pricing items based off what resellers are charging.. considering yall get this stuff for FREE and are tax exempt-who ever is responsible for pricing, you should be ashamed of yourself. You are out of your mind if you think people are going to pay these prices at a THRIFT shop…

Whether you are looking to recycle, donate, volunteer or thrift shop, this store is an Austin gem. Packed full and accepting donations of all items Wednesday through Saturday, this store is operated by very nice, friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of parking- large lot in front-carts + baskets for shopping, they offer masks & sanitizer upon entry plus many of the electronics are marked “tested & working.” This store is part of the St . Vincent De Paul Family Center offering other charitable services for those in need. They do offer bilingual and handicap accessible assistance. A nice way to repurpose household items, pick up items for crafts and creativity projects all while donating to a worthy Austin cause.

I visited from Celina, TX past week for a conference.my husband and I hadn’t been in many years since the original location. We were not disappointed! The staff was helpful, especially Ms.Jolee! She helped me with my purchase of a pendant, Metropolitan museum of art,star dove! Lovely lady and we also purchased 2 shirts, designer band one of which my husband found for himself and a beautiful chair aftgane ! Thank you St Vincent DePaul staff,it’s a wonderful thrift store with a great purpose!

Fantastic thrifting and really kind staff. I exclusively donate my stuff to this place because they give back so much to the community. St. Vincent is all heart.

The wait is worth it , people are very good treat you with caring attitude. There r some of the crowd that are very demanding! They lock the door @ 12 noon & people still come banging on door., but they close @12pm!!!!! It’s best to come early. Can also get a 20$ clothes Voucher to shop next door, it’s huge! they get stuff donated to them all the time refrigerators, washing machines, dressers,
and the clothes r nice! Lots of people go shopping @the store next door to food pantry it’s usually crowded, specially on Saturday! It’s new & their on Braker ln. right off n Lamar behind the medertaranian food strip mall. Go have some fun with the cheap prices!

This store has a pretty diverse selection of clothes with a handful of nice finds. Prices are comparable to Good Will. The main drawback is that they ONLY TAKE CASH. You need to have cash to shop here.

Additionally the place is disheveled and not organized, by size or color. the sizes are all off. Pants and shirts either have no labels or they’re labeled in sizes such as 11, where most men’s clothes are small, medium, large. I don’t think the numbered sizing is accurate either.

I had high hopes given it was a large store but was quickly let down. Tbh I have endless complaints.. all that space but no changing rooms, They put the tags on with staples which led to me cutting myself while trying on clothes also made it difficult to get the tags off the couple items I did find and left a hole in a thin tank top I bought. They only accept cash and the only signs are at checkout not when coming into the store or anywhere else. Personally I wasn’t a fan of how things were organized, they have everything separated by color not size. Then to top it off the workers weren’t friendly in the slightest.

The worst / could be the best. They have a huge inventory and when you walk in you think you’ve just scored the best thrift store ever. Then you look at labels and tags and you realize that so much of what they sell is wildly overvalued and often more than retail. This is why they have so much stuff. Because they can’t sell any of it due to asinine prices. The disappointment doesn’t stop there. The clothes, best I can tell are sorted by color- shoes, pants, shirts, all of it- not by size like most places that are aware that this is sort of the most important thing to take into consideration when buying clothes. There’s three long rows of just men’s pants, who’s bored enough to wade thru all this to find an overpriced pair of jeans? Doesn’t make sense- then of course there’s no changing rooms. At least that was the case a few years ago- not 100% sure now. And the best part is they only take cash. Super convenient. the other day I asked about a battery powered air pump that retails for $25 at Home Depot- they had a used one for $30 and I asked the lady if they flexed on prices- “no” she said. “That’s the price, go to Home Depot then”.

I was confused about the 50% sale tag policy. I asked an employee how it worked. The employee told me that the items listed with the color of the tags listed were half off, and if you were over 50 years of age, then everything was 50% off. Spent almost 3 hours finding items I wanted. Went up to the register, and was asked if I was 50, I told the cashier no. I was then told the sale tag policy for the day was only for people 50 and up.
I liked the store, but was disappointed that I was misinformed about the sale and wasted 3 hours!

over priced broken clothes with rude employees go elsewhere. First employee is rude the older white big lady. Second the prices are crazy used clothes for about the same price or more expensive than retail. For example Target clothes a T-shirt is 5$ new at target the same shirt here is 5$. The way they price is ridiculous either the same price new or used. There is no flexibility on prices. They are selling clothes that are ripped. I asked if they would be flexible on the price since the zipper would need to be replaced on a jacket. She said no and when asked what is going to happen to the jacket I was told it would go back to the rack. I asked if it it would at least be reduced she said no. So they are selling broken over priced clothes with no intention of reducing the price to reflect that yes it’s used and there are imperfections. Best go to a swamp meet.

Probably the most greedy thrift store I’ve ever been to. Spent over two hours going through overpriced $15 walmart and shein shirts to find a couple nice things on sale. As it turns out, the color discount only applies to certain areas of the store labelled “misc”. I don’t understand why they have to charge close to brand new prices for used and sometimes damaged and stained items, then have the audacity to speak down at you when you’re confused and ask about their sale process. Not to mention that their only sign stating they are cash only is by the register, so I had to put even more back if I did’t use their ATM. I’ve heard a lot about this place and tried to give it a chance a couple times and don’t think I’ll be back.
