I’ve used King Florist a couple of times now, and they’ve never disappointed. I live few hours away from my sister, so it’s such a comfort knowing there’s a florist I can trust to brighten her day with beautiful arrangements. The flowers are always stunning, and she especially loves the unique pots they come in. It’s definitely worth the money, and I really appreciate the option to include a handwritten note—it adds such a personal touch.

Flower arrangement is beautiful. The assortment of flavors available in the cake bombs is great and all of them are delicious. They even included matches to light the candle included. I haven’t tried the macaroons but I’m sure they will be just as amazing!

I had king florist create the casket spray for my father’s funeral. After the initial consult, the team called me to come back and look at some accent flowers and ideas they had to make sure they understood what I wanted. I requested something less traditional, a little wild and lots of gladiolas. The arrangement was really breathtaking and beyond what I had imagined.

One of the designers remembered also doing my mother’s casket spray 15 years ago, which was also amazing and the reason I came back. The service was excellent and the flowers were gorgeous.

Malina Flowers creates the most dreamy, romantic arrangements. My first arrangement was for my birthday, and I received 150 stems of roses that smelled amazing and filled the entire room. I’ve since gifted their bouquets several times, and they never fail to impress. The arrangements are always stunning and truly unforgettable. Came in to buy a bouquet for my friend’s birthday. There’s a decent amount of parking in front and along the side of the shop, which is convenient given the location.

They had pre-wrapped bouquets available, but they were out of my price range. I asked if they could make something custom within my $50 budget, and the staff was super helpful. She told me it would take about 15 minutes and invited me to sit at one of the tables while I waited. There were cards available to write a message, and they also had snacks and drinks out. It was also quiet and peaceful inside.

True to her word, the bouquet was ready in 15 minutes. They placed the flowers in a sturdy cardboard vase with water inside, and it turned out beautiful and it survived the 30 minute car ride to my friend’s house. Totally worth the $50. They had other vase options too, but I liked the one they picked for this arrangement.

Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking to buy flowers for a gift or just for yourself. Great service and the flowers turned out even better than expected.

I first found Texas Blooms because it’s next to a yoga studio I frequent, and I would often stop by to get a cute little floral arrangement or gift for a girlfriend from their adorable boutique. When I got married, I knew I wanted a small local woman-owned vendor, and I knew exactly where to go! I knew I’d be satisfied, but Michelle and Texas Blooms exceeded my expectations.

Our wedding vibes were dark and gothy, and in a beautiful open space with lots of existing greenery. We wanted rich reds and dark purples, with plenty of green accents and a few pops of white. I came to Michelle to design our dream goth pallet, and described my ideal wedding bouquet to her–white protea, deep purple calla lillies, ferns to remind me of my Pacific Northwest roots, and bridal bouquets matching my own. We had all sorts of floral dreams–centerpieces for our small cocktail tables, boughs for the bar and the stair rail, a lapel floral for my husband, and boutonnieres for our whole family. Michelle not only matched my vision, she knocked it out of the park. The flowers were incredible, and we got so many compliments. She even decorated, on site, a two-piece floral arch, AND transported all the florals from our wedding venue to the reception location for us! Truly above and beyond, would recommend Texas Blooms to ANYONE!

Great experience! First of all, the flowers were gorgeous, great design and reasonable price.

The delivery person was wonderfully persistent. He called and texted the recipient first, no answer and then tried me. He made it into the building and was able to make the delivery. I don’t think everyone would have persisted like that. He was very polite and communicated the situation clearly. I would have tipped him extra after that if I could have!

*out of state order* What was ordered vs what the recipient received. I’ve never been a fan of ordering flowers online for delivery, but William Paul Floral Designs knocked it out of the park!! I tried to place the order online, but the website was having issues. I put my phone down and decided to try again later. Before I knew it, I had an incoming phone call and it was William Paul Floral Designs. The person I spoke with asked if I was having troubles and was quick to finish the process over the phone for me. I ordered at 9:45am and they were delivered same day at 6:15pm. Couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service or their work! A little spendy, but well worth the cost! Will definitely be using them again!

Deeply disappointed with William Paul Floral Design. We spent nearly $400 on two deluxe bouquets for my cousin, who is in the ICU after a severe car accident. We even called ahead to request extra care be given to the arrangements.

What was delivered looked nothing like what we ordered. When we reached out, we were met with their “replacement policy.” While substitutions are understandable, a substitution policy should not relieve a florist of accountability—especially at this price point. The quality and continuity were simply not there.

When we asked for a resolution, the only option offered was a full refund if we returned the flowers in person. None of us live in Atlanta, and my cousin is hospitalized, so this was not possible. Attempts to resolve over the phone were shut down, and we were told to only email.

For such an expensive and meaningful order, the lack of professionalism, compassion, and accountability is unacceptable.

My best friend was getting married in Austin and I unfortunately wasn’t going to be able to attend. I wanted to buy her wedding bouquet as a gift and had called at least 5 florist shops in Austin and surrounding areas. It was difficult finding a florist because of busy travel schedule. William and Paul floral design had tremendous customer service and was able to have them delivered just in time. What was a very uncertain and stressful situation was turned to a positive and beautiful one. My request was for a cascade of eucalyptus and five white roses. Thank you so much for you help and flexibility.

I am very unsatisfied with the service. Not only was I lied to about the size of the flowers but I only received one balloon instead of three for my Mothers day gift, Additionally, the design did not match the photo on the website. Small $10 dollar bear three ballons which only 1 was sent and this very small premium bouquet plus tip I ended up paying $208!!

This is a chain that is currently not authorized to do business in Texas.

The photos show what I ordered, and what was delivered. They argued with me about what they delivered. They say there are several “garden roses.” There are two roses, two stocks and a bunch of cheap grocery store filler.

Do not do business with these people. They are not local – they are a chain. There’s no accountability and their Franchise Tax License has been forfeited, in the state of Texas.

All three flower orders were very beautiful and they arrived earlier than the eta noon delivery time! Highly recommend. Only comment would be no flower preservatives packets were provided to help keep them fresh longer. I will definitely be ordering from this florist again.

William Paul Floral Design came thru for me three times within a few days. I represented several friends in arranging for deliveries to a grieving family, a memorial service, and cheering up a sick friend. Each order was treated with care and delivered as promised. Give this business a chance next time you want to share some joy with others.

My first time visiting this flower shop was for a group event. We did a flower arranging class here. This was my first time ever taking a flower arrangement class and it was so much fun! I can’t believe how much I learned! Kim, the owner, is so knowledgable and kept us entertained throughout the process with her lighthearted humor and great storytelling abilities. We went step by step with great explanations in between and ended up with a beautiful bouquet by the end of the night! Afterwards, she gave us a tour around the shop and I was very impressed by the large fridge in the store to keep all the flowers nice and fresh. The quality of the flowers in this shop is exceptional. And because Kim told us all the tips and tricks to keeping our bouquets in good shape, mine lasted me several weeks! I’ve never been able to keep a bouquet of flowers looking good for longer than a week at most. I highly recommend this place for buying flowers in general but, also if you’re looking for a fun group activity!

Lo and behold, they sent me pictures of the arrangement before delivery! I order flowers for work events around the country and I have NEVER had a florist send me a picture of the custom arrangement. I came to grab some flowers for myself the day after Valentines, no experience or expectations as I walked in given the day but I was warmly greeted and shown around the shop. Easily managed to put together what might be my favorite bouquet by far, such beautiful and healthy flowers and still a full dozen or roses now spread across my home. Very pleased with my visit and can’t wait to out together another arrangement.

They immediately responded to my email and said that their lead florist would be able to make this puppy basket and they delivered this beauty within 24 hours! I was on a hunt for lilacs and being very uneducated about plants I had no idea they’re not common around here. I called so many places looking for them and finally found them here. Was able to get a few bunches and some willow to create a beautiful arrangement for which I am very grateful. However, I did not realize the lilacs were incredibly immature (I’ve never seen them before) and not even close to flowering, and they never did. They died as buds even with regular daily water changes and stem trims. Grateful to have had them but I think it’s poor business practice to sell such an expensive flower flown in from out of state when it isn’t mature enough to flower before it dies.

They have probably the best selection of flowers in town but at a price – there is an extreme discrepancy in the prices of flowers. As someone who is not a professional florist, it is really difficult to discern what is an $5 flower vs a $60 one. Luckily at the register I was warned that one of my selections was imported and cost $60 for just a few stems (which I really appreciated and promptly put back!)

Somehow, I walked out of the store paying over $90 for a single bouquet. I was aware that fresh flowers are expensive and was okay with this until I got home and unwrapped one of the bouquets of mums that was packaged in plastic, and 2-3 of the stems were missing flowers and about 40% of the petals immediately fell off. For the amount I paid, I was expecting the flowers to last longer – a lot of the flowers looked like they wouldn’t last more than 1-2 days.

Please add more pricing transparency around the flowers you carry, or at least itemize your receipts/tell your customers how much the flowers they picked out cost! Even just organizing the cooler by price ranges would be really helpful for casual shoppers.

Top quality cut flowers. This is the best game in town if you are flower lover who is also not a wholesaler. This is where you come to get the hardest to find blossoms in town. Knowledgeable staff, great selection, amazing flowers.

Twice I have bought the 2 dozen pack of roses and they are gross and rotten. I took photo’s to the store and they said “oh yikes, hmmm I’m sorry”. That’s it, they did not replace them they just stared at me. Flower shop only cares about pushing product out the door, not about the fresh customer experience

I just love that you can pick out your own flowers and make your own creation. They have so much selection. Flowers I have never even seen before which I bought made a masterpiece bouquet.

Loved this flower shop! There are so many varieties to choose from. The staff was engaging and helpful. In addition to the these honky tonk tulips, I found a great variety of succulents to start a new wheelbarrow garden.
