Great location with Trader Joe's next door. The parking garage is convenient but a little pricey. Thankfully they validate the parking to significantly discount it. The owner is really fun and peppy. Giving us a fun 4th of July experience with fireworks and food. ASICS gave away tshirts that they pressed logos on in house. They had shoes one could try on and test out on a run. Balega socks were doing a raffle. This fleet feet has two high tech machines that recommend the best shoe for optimal performance. Shout out to Frankie for being awesome!

I made an appointment to get my son fitted for X Country shoes--we both ended up getting a 3d scan and pressure points plotted, resulting in multiple curated options for running shoes. We were helped by Frankie, who was thorough and detail-oriented. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our options and confident in our purchase decisions. The manager on staff that day was kind and helpful, even letting us borrow a pair of shorts to try out the kicks with. 11/10 recommend Fleet Feet to anyone looking for running shoes.

The entire staff and process was easy and valuable. Ron was extremely helpful in explaining the results of my foot scan and then making clear and helpful recommendations as I tried different options. Even the employee who helped me at the beginning when I was late to the appointment was patient and kind, despite being very busy! I 100% recommend everyone go to Fleet Feet; they are the experts! I literally walked out of there with a pep in my step with a better understanding of how my own feet move and how that (literally) fits into the comfort of a shoe for exercise and every day use. So so helpful!

De plus, le magasin est équipé d'une machine high-tech capable de recommander les chaussures les mieux adaptées pour optimiser les performances.

This store has a decent selection of running shoes and gear, aside from their low Nike collection. Had a lovely shoe buying experience thanks to Jonathan and Andrew (Smitty). They were both patient, present and genuinely friendly. After quite a few shoe/insole changes, along with their expert suggestions, I found the right combination for my running shoe needs.

Been to this location twice for running shoes and had a great experience. The staff keeps it real, doesn’t try to upsell or push gear on you. They’re knowledgeable and break down the tech if you do the scan/gait check. Everything I’ve heard and read for shoes is there’s not a perfect one, just what’s best for you - so Fleet Feet feels more efficient than fumbling around a big box store or scrolling online and hoping for the best. I wore the first pair down to the nubs (and I’m more an occasional jogger than official Runner). FF helped me Choose Wisely.

After being slightly shamed by my doctor for having shoes with zero support I promptly made an appointment to have my feet analyzed or whatever they do to see what shoes would work best for my big ass feet. The employee who assisted me (I cannot remember his name for the life of me but he has a lot of tattoos) was so helpful and thoroughly explained the whole process and what all the outcomes meant. I ended up leaving with shoes I like, that are comfy, and are actually wide enough for my big ass feet. Would definitely recommend but also the one warning I would put out there is shoes are not cheap and you may be able to find shoes that are the same elsewhere for a lower price.
