Great Dr! I have been a client of Dr. Patel’s since 2021. And I’ve had two surgeries in both very successful and no issues. and all of my symptoms have been resolved. Highly recommend Dr. Patel. He has a wonderful kind bedside manner and his staff are very welcoming. If you have any foot or ankle issues, I recommend Austin foot and ankle center five stars.

After meeting with the doctor and being prepped to have an ingrown toenail removed is when they told me that they don't use insurance for the procedure. Even though they asked for my insurance and I had to pay a co-pay. They also ask for a credit card when creating your account online and you're required to pay when you make your appointment and then they are still asking for the credit card when you arrive. They charged me twice for the same visit and did not refund me when I requested 3 times, leaving me to file a dispute with my bank. But the worst part? Is that the doctor cut my toenail down vertically and then left it attached to my toe. I noticied it 2 days later when some of the swelling had gone down and felt like something was still digging into my toe. I made another appointment online to have it looked at and fixed. They called me and told me "this is normal" and "even if you came in for your appointment, the doctor wouldn't do anything". So I had to find another doctor who would remove it, because it wasn't normal and left me open for another infection. I was completely dismissed by this doctor and his staff. To not even take my appointment to look at the issue was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Was able to be seen quickly and efficiently. Very clean and welcoming office with lots of easy parking. Felt heard and that my problem was addressed without being rushed. While I hope not to need to come back, should my issue arise again, this is where I will return to!

Love Austin Foot & Ankle! They are very personal and provide the best care for our family. Too many great things to say. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Don’t do it! Their phone staff are the most unprofessional folks you’ve ever heard (if you can actually get them on the phone in the first place). I tried to get my X-rays sent over in advance of my appointment and they were awful about it. Not willing to help with new patient questions, they wouldn’t give me info, super rude. Told me I could come in, or cancel, but they don’t have time to get my X-rays.

The team here was great and very helpful! They welcomed me when I first arrived and the staff helped guide me through my visit! They were very understanding of my circumstances and helped me get the care I needed!

Office staff are friendly and patient. Dr Patel is very explanatory and works with you. He is upfront and understanding. We are still working on a foot issue, however so far have been happy with the service even though we haven’t quite resolved the foot issue. Would recommend over others that we’ve seen.
